Don't stay here
Pros:

If zero stars were an option... Oh, let me count the ways:
(1) There were no parking spaces for patrons; they were all taken up by shipping containers, pick up trucks, and furniture that had been removed from rooms
(2) It was under renovation. Appreciate the effort to keep things up to date. However, see (1) above. And: lobby was full of massive cardboard boxes labeled armless easy chairs, the swimming pool was empty of water and full of cardboard boxes of who knows what, a massive saw, and other construction materials.
(3) The hallway was so full of construction materials that I was concerned that I or my 86-year-old father would end up face+planting.
(4) Our room had measurements written all over the bathroom wall and we woke to the sound of drilling in the next room over. It all made me worried the saws-all would appear next to my sleeping head.
(5) The mini -fridge froze half of our food and left the other half sitting in water, so we had to throw 3/4 of it in the trash.
(6) The workers held what appeared to be a poker/drinking party in the front parking lot, next to the piles of furniture. Good to build community rapport for them, but unprofessional of the hotel and not conducive to at-home comfort for these guests.
(7) It cost $200. This would, we assume, not include a "sorry about the dust" discount.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NOT RETURN.

(The front desk clerk was very kind and congenial. That person gets full marks. The corporation/ownership are fully at fault here.)

Check on whether renovations are complete before booking!!!
Pros:

Hotel is under renovation and everything is a complete mess. Room is ok, but curtains have a 6inch gap that made sleep impossible with parking lot lighting. Really disappointing for this hotel brand.

Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Remodel? It was a remodel war zone. Dirty, no ice machine, no pool or sauna, painting EVERYWHERE so the smell was awful, torn non-working curtains in room, dusty. You had no business charging full price for this property!

We were very disappointed!
Pros:

It was good. Liked the coffee and fresh friut.

Cons:

The hotel is renovating. It should NOT be hosting guests! There is a mess wherever you look. Our room had sheetrock dust everywhere. There were big chunks of tile putty all over the bathroom. Whoever is cleaning the rooms needs to step it up.

Pros:

It was under construction, which was never mentioned when I called or when I booked online.

Cons:

I would not have chosen this hotel had I known it was under construction.

Make sure it’s not under construction
Pros:

Maintenance and remodel going on during my week stay here. Construction workers here are extremely loud and dirty, they work til 11 o clock sometimes with no regard to the guests here. Trash all over the parking lot drywall pieces throughout the hallways. My one day off is Sunday and the construction crew is extremely loud. Water coming out of the pipes is completely white and full of sediment.

It was the worse experience!
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

I am very disappointed with this hotel experience.

At the time of booking, there was absolutely no information anywhere that renovation work was taking place in the hotel. I could understand if the construction had been on another floor, but instead we literally had to walk through piles of construction materials just to reach our room.
Even worse, there was a strong smell of paint and acetone everywhere - from the lobby all the way to our room. It was very uncomfortable and unacceptable for guests.
The internet connection was also very unstable. At first, we could not connect at all. After calling the front desk, they suggested another way to connect, but the connection kept dropping every 10-15 minutes. No real solution was provided.
When we asked why renovation work had not been mentioned during booking, the staff insisted that the information was listed on Booking.com. However, after searching for about 10 minutes, even they could not find any mention of it.
Instead, they offered us a room in another hotel connected to their property, but it was clearly a cheaper hotel with a lower rating. When I asked about compensation, they offered only a $6 discount if we moved to the other hotel. This was not acceptable, so we canceled the reservation.
After a long and tiring day, this situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I do not recommend staying here.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and there was a good selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Where to start! There was construction going on and stuff laying everywhere. The pool was closed, and that was not told at booking. There was no parking. The room was not very clean. Dead flies all over. Stuff in corners of room. Glad I bring slippers because I wasn't sure the carpets had been vacuumed.
