Disappointment. Expensive for no reason.

Front desk people had bad attitude, didn't make guests feel welcome.
Parking is a headache.
Some chairs at lobby were dirty and old.
Doors, carpet, walls etc. need maintenance.
I feel like I paid for a nice place, and stayed in just a $100 motel

Cons:

Housekeeping and service staff inattentive and appeared not to care as request for fixing malfunctioning safe and shower head were not rectified in spite of bringing it to the attention of the front desk. Housekeeping came to clean and turn over the room @5p

Breakfast staff Danny and her colleague were friendly and wonderful. Manager Nancy S. was rude.
