Pay me back what you stole
Pros:

I’ve been trying to reach a manager about additional charges made to my card I paid for my room through Booking, paid a non refundable pet fee at check in and I have a $200 charge directly from Sheraton, this is the second time I book through Booking. com and then the hotel charges me also !!!
Going to skip Booking.com from now on

Pros:

I was unable to even go to the property - I requested to get a room early because we were going to a wedding at 2 pm and we needed to get into a room to change after a long day of travel. I requested an early room a month in advance and then called the night before and they said it would be no problem and to just call again in the morning and when I did they said that it was not possible at all. The weather was so bad that we couldn’t stay overnight and the only reason we were gonna keep the room was to change before the wedding. I am just very frustrated. We could not get refunded which I understand but in general to be told we could get in early and then not, ruined our day of travel saturday.
