Road trip stay
Pros:

The first room we were given had a few issues. The curtain rod was broken and came to check the room. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. I spoke with the person who checked us in who checked the room. We requested a different room and was accomadated. It should be noted that prior to settling on one of the rooms shown, I was shown three others which were not satisfactory due to intense displeasing odors, as this location allows pets. I settled on the last room shown which was cleaner. I settled for a two queen size room from a king size bed. I liked the two vanities in the room as one was directly outside the bathroom. The breakfast was filling with named brand cereal, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, no hot foods, hard boiled eggs, waffles and tea.

Cons:

The pool was not functioning. The bed was not comfortable. No washer and dryer available.

Ok for one night stay.

Other then below all was ok.

Cons:

We checked in online and I gave all my details including drivers license. We checked in at 8 pm and I showed my drivers license again. We immediately went to sleep and at 10 pm we’re woken up by the receptionist which required my license again. He told me he would immediately bring it back. I waited for 15 minutes then I gave him a call and he told me that I could come downstairs to get my license. I then told him that I wanted him to bring me my license now. Not sure why this could not wait until I left in the morning instead of waking us up.

Hotel needs attention
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and pillows was good. Front desk staff very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Hallway carpets are extremely dirty, the shower curtain in bathroom was also dirty. The cupboard door to the fridge has duck tape on it. I have stayed at this hotel a year and a half ago and didn't have any of these issues. Back then it was clean and well kept that's why I decided to stay here again but it was some what disappointing this time around.

Not pleasant. Would never stay here again or recommend it.

Cons:

The hallways were dirty. Blood stains and poop stains on hall carpets. Walls we're dirty. As soon as we opened the door to our room bugs went scurrying in the bathroom. Sheets were dirty. Hair in tub. We refused to shower. Slept in our clothes and brought nothing in the room with us. Threw all blankets on the floor in a corner pile and just slept the best we could without anything.
