Smelt strange, poor view, slightly dirty feel, the price is high for the accommodation. Says it’s a 4 star id give it 2.5 to 3 star.

Perfect location accommodation in Hobart.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location. Rooms and facilities were great. Staff were lovely. Parking convenient and easy. So close to Salamanca, wharf, Battery Point and CBD. Loved our stay Thankyou.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast didn’t have filter coffee or a pot of coffee. Only a jar of instant Moccona coffee. Which is ok but would prefer a ready made hot pot to be included.

Fantastic location. Lots of space. Nice to have a full kitchen. Nice to have an outdoor terrace. Very quiet given the location.

Cons:

The price was high for the standard of property. Parking was somewhat complicated. The front desk staff were sometimes good and at other times didn’t seem to really care that much.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Perfect location, room was very clean and reception very efficient. Pool and Spa were clean. The kitchen was very functional once we found out where everything lived!!

Cons:

The loft room was a bit stuffy (we could not figure out how to turn down the air conditioning). We could not close the ceiling window at night. Apparently, the bunk beds are a bit "wobbly" / creaky, but comfortable!!
