Never Again

Couldn't get a park in their car park, which was $15 a night, surely the expensive cost of room warrants a parking spot. When I told them I had parked on street and not to charge me for parking, they said "oh we can move some staff cars around to make room if you like". THEY SHOULDN'T BE TAKING UP THEIR CUSTOMERS SPOTS TO START WITH.
There was something that had spilt in fridge that's was rank, every time you opened the fridge it filled the kitchen with a very unpleasant odour.
All the ducted heating in the apartment seemed to be upstairs (roasting hot) while sitting on the lounge with a puffy jacket to watch TV downstairs.

Pros:

Location was excellent and all staff, including cleaning staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Television came on in middle of night while we were asleep. Air conditioning was not very user friendly to adjust.

Mostly good
Pros:

This was our second time staying here. The location is excellent, and the room was very spacious. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Unexpected charge for parking ($15 overnight). Also the pool was cold, and while we liked the spa it was unfortunately dirty inside - please give it a good clean!

Hotel in great location on a world class waterfront with access to everything you could need.
Pros:

Have been here a number of times and love the hotel. Location is hard to beat and the staff were helpful. Room is a great size and has great facilities. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Started charging us for parking which hasn't happened before. I don't see the need to charge for parking and on the first night we ended up parking on the street as there wasn't enough parking but we got charged anyway.

Excellent place for young family
Pros:

Everything in this place is excellent, location, value for money, cleanliness, staff are helpful, size and comfort. Great for young family with multiple kids.
