Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Loved the location- close to great restaurants and close to town centre too. Lounge and bed so comfortable and room was quiet. Enjoyed rounding off a night with a quiet drink in bar area- relaxing. Wonderful to have a kitchenette etc but also walk into a clean room every day. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cons:

The blind in the upstairs bedroom was not sufficient to keep out the light at night. The building opposite had a light on which was shining into our room.

Couldn't get a park in their car park, which was $15 a night, surely the expensive cost of room warrants a parking spot. When I told them I had parked on street and not to charge me for parking, they said "oh we can move some staff cars around to make room if you like". THEY SHOULDN'T BE TAKING UP THEIR CUSTOMERS SPOTS TO START WITH.
There was something that had spilt in fridge that's was rank, every time you opened the fridge it filled the kitchen with a very unpleasant odour.
All the ducted heating in the apartment seemed to be upstairs (roasting hot) while sitting on the lounge with a puffy jacket to watch TV downstairs.

Pros:

Location was excellent and all staff, including cleaning staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Television came on in middle of night while we were asleep. Air conditioning was not very user friendly to adjust.

Pros:

This was our second time staying here. The location is excellent, and the room was very spacious. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Unexpected charge for parking ($15 overnight). Also the pool was cold, and while we liked the spa it was unfortunately dirty inside - please give it a good clean!
