Pros:

We never stayed, we took a refund, when we got to the facility it was nothing like what was advertised and it was under renovation I guess because nothing works not even the AIr conditioning. The room was very freshly pained the odor was so strong and the paint wasn’t even dried. The linings were dirty, The only thing that worked was the Wi-Fi

Goed om een paar nachtjes te slapen maar verder geen aanrader.
Pros:

Fijne locatie tussen locals in een middleclass buurt.

Cons:

Hele slechte wifi. Slecht bereik en indien er wel bereik was was de snelheid ondermaats. Er was geen warm water. Nu is de temperatuur goed op het eiland waardoor koud douchen niet heel erg is maar er hoort gewoon warm water te zijn.

Pros:

I am very disappointed in the service I received during my stay bird rock beach hotel. I attended the music festival and was highly surmise when I found out the hotel had no hot water. I sent message to their what up chat and talk to the front desk and housekeepers. I still cannot believe that is acceptable to still not a resolution. this hotel could not be able to host any guests. their power when out twice causing the room to be hot and uncomfortable

There was a big roach on the counter top, the amenities were outdated, might as well sleep on the floor due to the hardness of the bed. The lobby smells like paint, sliding door cannot lock and also they rarely clean the rooms.. such a horrible experience.

Pros:

There was nothing at all that i liked about the room. I did not get the room I booked/ the room that was advertised. The room was very old had a few roaches and the door was broken. Tried calling front desk around 3am which they said was 24/7 and no respond. As a travel agent i would never recommend this hotel to any of my clients
