Had a great stay. The guy even helped me print out some paperwork I needed to get completed for the JOB!!!
No housekeeping was provided. I stay there 2 nights and room was not cleaned
Shower didn’t have any pressure and the shower head was broken . There was no hand soap at the sink . The remotes for the tv didn’t work , had to go to the front desk for a new one

Everything seemed to be clean except for the floor, needed a good mopping. Staff was very helpful. We stayed two nights, easy in and out.

The smell of marijuana inside the room was unbearable, and every time a guest smoked marijuana in the hotel hallways, the odor would fill our room again until they stopped smoking. The breakfast was terrible—it was just cereal, sweet bread, and what looked like pancakes. The room where the pool was located had pieces of the ceiling falling off due to leaks, and the pool was full of kids. There were only four chairs to sit on, and the water in what seemed to be the jacuzzi was colder than the regular pool.
This hotel was being used as a shelter for people who had lost their homes in the floods, and we were never informed of this. There were clothes drying on the railing outside our room and many boxes of water outside the reception area for people to take, which made the place look very disorganized.
We contacted Expedia at 10 p.m. to report the situation we were dealing with, and Expedia simply said they would contact the hotel to cancel our room. But that option wasn’t viable—where were we supposed to go at that hour if Expedia wasn’t offering us any alternative accommodations?
For this reason, I do not recommend this hotel or Expedia.
They guy that checked us in was great. I was just disappointed the hot tub and the tv in our was not working.
I didn't like that we couldn't get a refund because we decided that it would be too dangerous for our family to stay at Days Inn in Ruidoso during the flood. On Thursday, July 17, 2025, We got an alert ⚠️ on the way to Ruidoso about possible flooding later that night. We contacted the hotel immediately and attempted to cancel and get a refund because we decided to stay in Roswell due to the possible flooding. The next day we watched the news and Ruidoso had major flooding. Im gald that we decided to stay in Roswell and not risk our safety. Expidia stated that they could not issue a refund due to the fact that Days Inn refused to give them the refund. Disappointed that people would want us to show up for our reservation knowing that the town was under flood watch.

Loved the color in the rooms and the spaciousness. The pool and spa were also nice, but the spa hours were a bit short. The room was pretty clean, but high touch areas were overlooked (lightswitches, doorknobs, etc.). Definitely recommend!

Room was updated, but floor was dirty and the AC was off upon firstentering room which gave a stale smell and warm room. The inn itself is old and the smell of weed from outdoor users penetrated our room. Didn't feel safe.
The place was nice enough—clean, very friendly staff, however, it was definitely not what I expected! I asked for a room for 5 and was given a room with two queen beds. There was no place for the 5th person to sleep, so one of the boys slept in the car the first night until we went and bought an air mattress for the other two nights!! Also, I paid y’all $659.35 for the reservation then when I checked in, the girl thought it hadn’t been paid yet, so she charged me $528.36. I was refunded the $538.36 but was very upset to know y’all charge that much more for the same reservation!! My complaint is not with the motel—it is with Hotels.com. I use your company very often and never realized how much I was getting screwed around!! I will not be using it anymore—I will make my own travel reservations!!
I was placed in the handicap-accessible room, even though I paid for the king suite. There’s a price difference between the two, and I feel like I was overcharged and taken advantage of.
The tv would turn on at all hours of the night causing my sleep to be disturbed continuously. This wasnt happening during the day. I felt it was on purpose to harrass me.
I dont believe ill ever stay with Wyndham hotels again becasue I have had problems with these hotels in the past as well every single stay at a Wyndham hotel serves for complications. Now i request a refund of the price difference in the rooms. Since i paid for a kings suite. I expect a refund in price difference at the very least.
