The stay was comfortable and quiet . I’d recommend.
Pros:

The staff was professional. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe. Good location.

Cons:

No elevator. A few of the plugs in the room were loose. The steps needed vacuuming.

Great but tell them when they can shut down your key card
Pros:

The room was very nice. They allowed pets as we traveled from California to Oregon for their Specialty Animal Hospital here.

Cons:

They shut down my key card TWO hours early at 9 a.m. (checkout is 11:00 a.m.!!!!) while I left my dog in the room to take the first load to the car. I couldnt get back in the building. When someone let me in, I couldnt get in my room.

Great place to stay in Medford! We stay here often.
Pros:

Had a clean, King room on the second floor for 2 nights. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was nice sized with only one bed in there. Nice sunsets in the evening. Didn't use the pool or spa area, nor the fitness room or breakfast, so can't comment on those. All staff that we encountered were super friendly and smily. Had a late checkout which helps.

Cons:

Nothing, except weekday breakfast could go till 10 a.m., otherwise, everything was great.
