This location was under renovation. Key missing piece -an elevator! Since it’s near the airport and people arrive with luggage an elevator for second floor rooms would be nice

Homeless people right outside the door in a confined area where access to our vehicle was not possible without escort. Front desk overnight clerk was completely inept in his job addressing this issue. Ultimately, Medford PD showed up but not without a great deal of effort and a lost night of sleep......

They had a free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

They turned me away on the second night bc the have s policy to not support locals. And this policy of no locals was buried in the fine print. So I was able to stay 1 night. Then I was too fly, but that got canceled. So the 2nd at 1am I was refused.

The owner was unresponsive to both booking and to the parent company. He called me and went on and on about not seeing the booking in their system. But that was NOT why I was refused. I was refused bc of a policy they don't support locals which I am not, I used to be but not any more.

The first night I was allowed to stay bc the lady saw my out of town address in the booking. The second night, an apathetic clerk with little manners, said it doesn't matter what's in the booking. My license showed me as local so I had to leave. At 1 am. With most of their hotel empty.

So this review is based on 1. Lack of being upfront and clear at time of booking they don't support locals and 2. The owner ghosting everyone
