he room was unheated. The heater was broken. I chose not to contact the staff because I had already complained about the lack of WiFI. The front desk was not interested in helping. Brittany refused to get in touch with her supervisor. Refused to consider a partial refund. Suggested I give up my room. The interaction was very unprofessional.

good for a quick stop
Pros:

Breakfast was better than expected, very nice, held us over for drive home. Room was spacious.

Cons:

tried to charge another $10 on top of the $15 pet fee added to room saying I needed to be in a "pet king bed " room what is the difference, you are charging a pet fee twice, doesn't make sense. I wish booking.com would state the pet fee in the price as some hotels are fee and some are as much as $100 which is ridiculous.
