Traumatic due to incredibly rude staff and airport shuttle is a lie!
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE! After calling the day before to confirm the process for airport shuttle pickup I was SHOCKED when I arrived to the Medford airport, called the hotel to request the shuttle, and they would absolutely not take my call. They continued to put me on hold and refused to talk to me for almost an hour. It was 11pm at night and I was stranded at the airport with my two young children (7 and 4). Eventually I had to pay a taxi for a ride. When I arrived to the hotel and tried to address the issue with staff they immediately grew hostile. The man behind the counter (Zach) was incredibly rude, started yelling at me and threatened to call the police. I couldn't even get a word in between his yelling. My poor kids were terrified. They canceled my reservation and kicked us out with nowhere to stay at midnight. Thank god the taxi driver gave me her card and came back to rescue us. It was a truly upsetting experience and I would recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs.

when we got to the hotel at 11:00PM. they can't find our reservation. I saw on my phone that I have a resolution, but they denied. they tell me that. i have to rebook. i had mt kid with me and it was so bad experience.

The pool was nice but overall stay was a bit disappointing

The pool was nice.

Cons:

It was pretty outdated and the carpet was gross. Some of the hallway carpet was being ripped up but it was halfway done so it looked trashy. The breakfast room was too small and crowded and the eggs and sausage were always out and not replaced quickly.

This is a good place to stay for one or two nights.
Pros:

It was clean and close to the freeway. Breakfast was included. It has a drive and microwave which wasn’t mentioned in the description but was in the pictures.

Cons:

There was no outdoor space. No courtyard or patio. Twice we encountered a homeless man at the door to exit to the parking lot. Breakfast was exactly the same every day for our 5 day stay.
