It could have been a much better experience. Even though it was a motel, it had an elevator which made it easier to get to the second floor. It was clean, but it had problems.

Cons:

The bathroom was in the middle of being painted. We didn't discover this until morning. The soap dispenser in the shower was missing. There was only a tiny bit of conditioner left. I shared this information with the front desk. They knew about the paint issue and made some comment about not charging us for the soap dispenser. I reminded him that it was missing when we checked in. I won't be going back.

Great value, especially if they don't ask for cash deposit.
Pros:

The room was clean, quiet, and recently updated, and the location was convenient

Cons:

I was called an hour before checking in a told that I had to pay a $200 deposit IN CASH before checking in. In a lifetime of hotel stays, I have never been required to pay in cash. They said there were no exceptions. Upon arriving, they simply accepted a credit card deposit like nothing had ever happened.

An entrance door was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The peephole was broken on our door and stopped up with tissue paper. The front desk was ran by one person in the evening so we had to go pick up our own towels and toilet paper.

Nothing. The hotel has horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. There is an AI customer agent and it is impossible to speak with a person. Booking.com failed to speak with someone as well twice. My partner and I were not able to get to the hotel because she was hospitalized and the doctors are still working to rule out diagnoses like cancer. I am incredibly disappointed by Hotel Siri. They should be taken off your platform. They said orally that they would give a refund to Booking.com, but have since never answered the phone or provided evidence. Lowest levels of customer service at this hotel.

I probably will not stay again. There are many other options in the area.
Pros:

This property is conveniently located with quick access to downtown. Beds were decent and the room was fairly clean.

Cons:

Our room in particular had a phone that did not work and made noise all night long. Electric outlets needed to be reset in order to work. The patio door does not lock. Not the safest feeling. They also only have 1 ice machine and it was not working.
