Do not stay at this hotel! They have non-existent customer service and don't answer their phone.
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel has horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. There is an AI customer agent and it is impossible to speak with a person. Booking.com failed to speak with someone as well twice. My partner and I were not able to get to the hotel because she was hospitalized and the doctors are still working to rule out diagnoses like cancer. I am incredibly disappointed by Hotel Siri. They should be taken off your platform. They said orally that they would give a refund to Booking.com, but have since never answered the phone or provided evidence. Lowest levels of customer service at this hotel.

I probably will not stay again. There are many other options in the area.
Pros:

This property is conveniently located with quick access to downtown. Beds were decent and the room was fairly clean.

Cons:

Our room in particular had a phone that did not work and made noise all night long. Electric outlets needed to be reset in order to work. The patio door does not lock. Not the safest feeling. They also only have 1 ice machine and it was not working.

Decent place. No food. Don't get room 208
Cons:

Balcony door in 208 didn't lock. It was right next to the stairs and don't feel secure

Also, the door to outside closed loudly against the wall that the bed was on, waking us up whenever someone left the second floor.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell in our room, thermostat didn’t work so we opened the door all night to air out the room and cool it off a bit…lots of traffic noise.
We got in late or would have asked for a room change
