Boutique 005 Ulm City

We chose the hotel for a stopover on the way to Austria. We got a nice, modern and large room in the next wing. It was right next door, just through the courtyard and then up in the elevator. A bit dark but that's how modern it is these days. We missed nothing. It was a hot summer day, so we had a small fan in the room as the air conditioning didn't quite manage to cool the room properly. Otherwise everything was great.
Super central in the city and quick access to the Donau (River).
Many restaurants nearby. You have to enter the address in the navigation system to see the hotel, a slightly larger signage might be helpful. We didn't use the underground parking garage as we were there on a Sunday and could park for free in the residential area (5 minutes away). Highly recommended for a city trip or overnight stay!

Das Hotel liegt ganz wunderbar in der Innenstadt.
Wir waren im Sommer vor Ort und es war sehr heiß draußen. Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Dies führte dazu, dass sich das Zimmer sehr aufheizte und wir nicht gut geschlafen haben.

Die Ausstattung war neu und modern. Das Zimmer sauber. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht und wurde auch nicht ausgetauscht. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht.

The hotel room was great. Very nice size, modern, and clean. The only problem we had was finding the hotel since it isn't like a typical hotel in Germany. The front door is just like a little shop window and the rooms are in other buildings behind it so it was hard to find. Other than that, the hotel was great. The hotel staff at the desk spoke English well enough too.

Super angenehm und zentral gelegen. Fast alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Zudem hat das Hotel einen 24-Stunden Check-In Dienst und Tiefgarage. Echt top.

Once you've found it, it's a nice hotel in a good, quiet location right in the centre. Cozy room, in term of cleanlines is still room for improvement. We had no problems with the much-described car lift, works well.

시내에있어서 쇼핑과 기차역이가깝고 신설이라 호텔컨디션이 아주좋았습니다.

Très grande chambre, très propre. Personnellement, je préférerais du parquet à la moquette...

Très facile pour visiter Ulm

Cebtral location. The apartment rooms we stayed in at the "new addition" portion of the hotel were lovely and spacious. Good location where you can walk to the minster in less than 8 minutes. Did bot try the breakfast.

El hotel esta muy bien, solo dos inconvenientes, la luz del comedor no funcionaba, no tenia lampara y descubri que estaba mal hecha la instalacion electrica porque no habia un apagador para controlar esa lampara, manualmente retire una lampara de otra luminaria y la colocaba en el comedor y encendia con solo colocarla y para apagarla solo la retiraba. El aire acondicionado enfria bien la planta baja, pero no la planta alta, se sentia calor en la planta alta. Aun asi, si volveria a este hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Spacious, comfortable, and stylish rooms with a spectacular view. The hotel is well located to explore Ulm on foot, but at the edge of the old town so it’s still easy to drive.

The only negative was how warm and humid the room felt. It was early May and cold enough outside to need long sleeves and a light jacket, so wasn’t a summer heat issue. We opened the windows when possible to let in some cool air, but it only helped temporarily. We also never used the shower, so it wasn’t trapped humidity.

Otherwise, we loved our stay! If we’re ever in Ulm again, we would stay again.

Das Hotel ist ok und auch sauber, aber der Zustand der Dusche hat etwas zu wünschen lassen. Da es sehr zentrumsnah liegt und sonst auch in Ordnung ist vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis würde ich es dennoch wieder buchen. Was mich wirklich gestört hat, war die Angabe zu den vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Es sind 50 Zimmer, aber nur 25 Plätze, die bei meiner Ankunft alle vergeben waren. Parkmöglichkeit also doch nicht vorhanden.

Mehr Schein als sein. Eigentlich ein schönes Haus, doch mangelnde Hygiene macht alles wieder kaputt. Schwarzer Schimmel im ganzen Badezimmer, trotz täglicher Reklamation wurde nichts unternommen.

Tolles Hotel in Innenstadt Ulms

Good hotel and location only issues are the rooms are very warm and the air conditioning does not work at this time of year. Also no English speaking channels like other hotels have.
