Good value, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Easy check in, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet. I liked the lemon water too in lobby. (And cookies!). Can walk to downtown and Clemson campus. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it.

Cons:

The hallways and our room had a lingering smell of bleach or chlorine/pool smell.

Did the job, but stranger had a working keycard to enter my room
Pros:

I booked for my son before flying home for the summer after Uni. He said he managed a fairly decent breakfast. Room a little worn, but did the job. Great location!!

Cons:

I booked for my son and alarmingly, in the early morning hours he heard someone trying to get into his room WITH A KEY CARD THAT WORKED! Fortunately I’ve always raugh5 to out the bolt on inside the room for safety, which he did. Whoever it was WITH A WORKING CARD foe entry, got the door open, but only ajar due to the bolt. VERY SCARY when on your own and woken this way.

I like the area and the hotel.

Cons:

The lady up front was the most rude unhelpful person I’ve ever seen. I booked through bookings and had to change my date because of the snow and ice. Had talked to bookings and the hotel manager on a three way call and rescheduled the reservation for two weeks. The manager I guess never put my date in so when I got to the hotel that evening she told me that I didn’t have a reservation and I tried to show her that I had it with bookings. She was rude telling me that I was yelling at her when I wasn’t and had a poor attitude refusing to help with the situation. I had to call bookings and they called her and she still refused to get it straight. Bookings called me back and refunded my money and I had to rebook the room. Went back in and she thought it was funny.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed the extra room in the king suite. This is a great place to stay with pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's great to have the option for breakfast as well.

Very clean hotel. Will stay again.
Pros:

It was extremely clean and tidy.

Cons:

You could tell people only sleep on one side of the beds. Both mattresses were sloped which can make sleeping not the most comfortable.
