Clean room for an emergency stay.
Pros:

I got exactly what I expected from a lower budget hotel in terms of facilities/things being "new" or "fresh."
However, the front desk clerk was lovely, I had made an error in booking and she fixed it promptly. The room was clean (barring the upholstered chair that we just didn't use). This was an emergency over-night stay and I just wanted a clean bed and bathroom and that is exactly what this was. So this hotel is fine if you understand you are booking a Super8.

Cons:

Within the hotel's control- the room came with an upholstered chair that was badly stained. Honestly, just don't use fabric in this setting. A leather or faux leather chair could be wiped down and present better.

Out of the hotel's control was the loudest neighboring room in the history of hotel stays. They stood on the sidewalk in front of the doors and talked, watched videos on their phones, shouted. At 2 am I gave up on turning the AC lower and lower to keep it on, and yelled at them. It was quiet after that. What this does tell me is that there is no security or monitoring of the premises overnight.

I reserved 2 non smoking rooms but they both absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke.
The TV’s did not work in either room .
The lamp shades were all cracked and bent in 1 of the rooms… appearing as though there was a definite fight in our room.
The bathroom tile was very patched with excessive calking in several areas . The “breakfast “ was the worst coffee I ever had & a granola bar

Dirty,Nasty and Booking.com dont care either

Found blood,make up and other body fluids on the sheets they had definitely not been changed since idk when. Also found a dead bed bug on the blanket asked the staff to give us some clean sheets they said that it was our problem it was 1 in the morning amd they had no access to sheets. Them asked to have a different room they said there was no rooms available (even tho booking had listing for 8 more rooms. Once we got no where with the facility called booking.com with these issues they called the property and got no where. We then asked booking.com to help find a new hotel for the night she said she could not filed a complaint for us and said thats all we can do. The next day after I emailed pictures of all the issues and the new receipt for a new room in another hotel for our 2 night stay booking.com sent me a $19.67 credit for my 2 night stay. 2 lessons learned dont stay at super8 and dont trust booking.com to hamdle these situations either will be using neither one of these services in the future!!!!!
