Mistakenly ordered a smoking room and staff refused to give me a non smoking room.
The young lady at check in was extremely helpful & patient (even with my mistakes). Then quickly came to our aid when the TV was not working properly. She is a Star in your system!!

It was full of flies, smelled like pet urine and it was a mouse running in there and mouse dropping everywhere...
Pricing was fine
The owner and some staff members the owner was harassing me and my guest and he told me to leave and I didn’t get a refund

On Booking.com, it says breakfast included. Unfortunately that IS NOT the case.
Bathroom was dirty and the room smelled.
Terrible. Worst stay at a hotel ever. Had nonsmoking room which smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom was worse. Asked for an extra towel and told no. TV didn’t work, remote would not control it. Asked the front desk for help and they did not know what to do. Every issue I addressed was ignored. Lady working front desk on 8/28/2026 around 1000, rolled her eyes at me and said, “what do you expect me to do about it”.
Health inspector should check this business out.
If I could give this chain a negative star rating I would. Never again will I stay at a motel 8.
