Dirty,Nasty and Booking.com dont care either

Found blood,make up and other body fluids on the sheets they had definitely not been changed since idk when. Also found a dead bed bug on the blanket asked the staff to give us some clean sheets they said that it was our problem it was 1 in the morning amd they had no access to sheets. Them asked to have a different room they said there was no rooms available (even tho booking had listing for 8 more rooms. Once we got no where with the facility called booking.com with these issues they called the property and got no where. We then asked booking.com to help find a new hotel for the night she said she could not filed a complaint for us and said thats all we can do. The next day after I emailed pictures of all the issues and the new receipt for a new room in another hotel for our 2 night stay booking.com sent me a $19.67 credit for my 2 night stay. 2 lessons learned dont stay at super8 and dont trust booking.com to hamdle these situations either will be using neither one of these services in the future!!!!!

the location to the marine core half marathon

DIDNT ARRIVE TO 230 AM, WENT STRAIGHT TO BED BECAUSE WE HAD THE MARINE CORE HALF MARATHON THE NEXT MORNING. SLEPT 3 HOUURS. GOT UP TO GET READY AND REALIZED THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM!! LOTS OF THEM. WE COUNTED ATLEST 20, WE CANCELED THE STAY FOR THR FOLLOWING NIGHT THROUGH BOOKING.COM. BOOKING.COM REACHED OUT TO TH HOTEL TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED FOR THE SECOND NIGHT WE DIDNT STAY AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US. ALSO THERE WERE SMALL CURLY "PUB LIKE" HAIRS ON THE CLEAN WASHCLOTHS. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A MOTEL. WILL NEVER EVER EVER STAY AT A SUPER 8 AGAIN.

Annonce mensongère !!!!

La propreté et la grandeur de la chambre

La note est de 5 car l offre est mensongère. Il n y a pas de petit déjeuner compris contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif !!!!!
Nous avons choisi ce motel car le petit déjeuner était compris comme écrit dans l annonce :
- il y avait du café insipide et sachets de thé
- jus d orange et jus de pomme copieusement rallongés à l eau
- et 2 barres de céréales par personne comme l indique un panneau très maladroitement !

Just a bad place if you thought you might even get a coffee

Non existent breakfast. A few granola packaged bars and that’s all. No milk for coffee but creamers. Tried creamer and it curdled in coffee. Shouldn’t advertise that breakfast is included. Among the worst I have experienced
