For the price we should have known something was up!

Location of the property was good.

Cons:

It’s run down! Shower pressure is horrible. Door didn’t stay closed unless we locked it. There was a weird puddle of water going into the bathroom area. We had to put a towel over it so we knew not to step on the wet part while turning on the lights. The fan in the bathroom was hanging down. The ice machine in our building was not working. The pool had so much debris from the palm trees and the hotel doesn’t have a net to clean it. And my mom’s room had roaches!!!!

It looked pretty standard online, unfortunately this was not the case . Location was ok.

Cons:

Upon entering the room, we were immediately overwhelmed by a very strong smell of cat urine and noticeable mould throughout the room. The odour was extremely unpleasant and the condition of the room did not feel clean, hygienic, or suitable for us to stay in.

Due to these unacceptable conditions, we were unable to remain at the motel and had to leave, as it was not a safe or comfortable environment for our stay. This was extremely disappointing and caused significant inconvenience.

We had booked 4 seperate rooms amongst our group and all rooms were of the same standard and none of us were able to stay overnight.

We expect accommodation to meet basic cleanliness and hygiene standards, and unfortunately this room fell well short of that expectation.

You can’t behave like this with your clients you can do this business. It’s disrespectful.

It was absolutely horror unfortunately what I have found for myself bad service. When I came to the hotel, the guys gave me a key. The behavior was very strange.
When I went to the door, it didn’t open.
I came back to reception, explain the situation, they laughed and gave me another key. They give me number 240. When I came to that room again and open the door it was very mess there. Somebody left there. It was so weird . Disgusting mess. Bottles panties, and other things. I closed the door and I returned the key and I asked my money back.
I filled up the paper and I didn’t stay at the hotel and I left straight after that.
Disgusting service disgusting team.
You can’t do business that way it’s not respectful for the clients.

Nothing the room was horrible and smelll like meldew had to change rooms twice and the thrid room we just delt with it because they would not give a refund or part of a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

El personal fue muy amable

Cons:

El hotel está descuidado, no solo es antiguo si no que estaba sucio por ejemplo las paredes tenían marcas de suciedad, olía muy mal, el baño olía sucio, habían cosas despegadas, insectos pequeños, el baño muy incómodo, parecía que no lo habían limpiado antes inclusive en el espejo había unos labios pintados con labial. Tenía reservadas dos noches y terminamos estando solo una, del mal olor toda la familia estuvimos con alergia, preferimos irnos y buscar otra opción para la segunda noche.

The kid that started to check me in was terrible. He took my id. Received a phone call and ran away leaving me standing there. It took ten minutes for the other kid that was there to take his AirPods out of his ears and take over. The keys didn’t work. They had to redo them 4 times and then the maintenance man finally got one to work. The room smelled of mildew. The wallpaper was peeling of the walls. The place should be shut down,
