This place is gross stay away they'll ruin your day so sad to say
Pros:

Room stunk like cat pee carpet was gross security guard was rude front desk staff forged our reservation lied to cops this place will be shut down someday and there's nothing they can do about it,anyone wanna be in on the class action suit against them?

Never stay here.
Pros:

The staff there was very friendly and courteous. The AC unit was brand new

Cons:

The door jam around the entrance to the bathroom looked like it had termites. There were spots of mold between the floor and wall going from the doorway to the tub. After removing my shoes once I entered the room, I walked in front of the bed to check out the TV and discovered that the floor was damp and sticky like it had never been washed. The pillows on the bed were barely large enough for my head to fit on. And I am not a large person. The mattress was not very comfortable. The layout of the furniture was awkward and I was unable to turn the chair and table to look at the TV while having a meal. The first problem I encountered was the awkwardness of how to get to my room and where to park. The layout of the building and the parking areas was not well thought out. I had to do a lot of walking from my parking space to get to the room which was just on the other side of the building where I had to park. I couldn't park in front of my room because there was a pool other structures in front of it where parking could have been. So I was forced to either Park far away and walk around the pool to get to my room or park on the other side of the building which seemed like a short walk but turned out to be a long walk as well to get to the door. Once I got to the door the keys did not work and I had to drag all of my luggage with me back to the office to get someone to help me get into my room. The air conditioner was set up to be directly underneath the curtains of the window. So it blew the curtains open constantly giving me absolutely no privacy. I had to tuck the curtains in behind part of the air conditioner in order to keep the curtains closed for privacy. There was no Continental breakfast offered, no restaurant nearby, I had to drive for 20 minutes just to find a place decent enough to eat. I will never stay there again. There was no good insulation to keep the sounds from the other rooms and outside at the pool from keeping me awake.

Nice rooms and inexpensive, but the value is not worth the stay or your safety.
Pros:

The room was great. Very clean, nice bed, and bathroom. The staff is so nice and friendly.

Cons:

Even though there were families at this hotel, the other guests were very sketchy. This is of no fault of the hotel. But the hotel is in much need of exterior repair because it looks very rundown.
