Spent as little time in room as possible, walked alot. 95 degrees outside. Not what I expected.
Pros:

staff left as clean a room as possible

Cons:

maintenance, old carpet, old drapes, loose plumbing fixtures, terrible wifi, (kept dropping service),got put in the pet section(barking dogs)

Wow, where to start. I have never had to complain about a hotel room before in my whole life but this was pretty special. Not once but twice. I asked to be moved from the first room which seemed pretty clean but stank of cigarette smoke. The second room stank of piss. It was too late in the evening and having moved once already we didn’t have the energy or patience to move again. Regrettably. The second room was way worse. It was the least clean room I’ve ever stayed in. I actually chose to sleep in the car. The next morning I complained, the person on duty said the manager would contact me that day. No one do so I spoke to them in person again, same response, same lack of action from the manager. Still no one has contacted me two weeks later.
