La chambre mériterait des rénovations, surtout au niveau de la salle de bain
Pas mal d’impertinence au niveau de bruit, avec aussi des personnes sans abris qui air sur les parkings et dans les couloirs

Cons:

Tub did not have a functioning stopper. Moved to another room, same problem. They finally brought us a rubber stopper. Brandy at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

Worth to give another try
Pros:

Location and staff was very good. But the people at my neighboring room were terrible. They had serious discussions until 2 am!!

Cons:

It is a kind of old I think. My door key card never worked properly. After I turned from dinner, couldn’t open the door and thanks god someone with master key showed up and helped.

Cons:

This hotel should embarrass Wyndham. My room smelled like used bandaids, mildew and mold, and there was plenty of mildew and mold, so much so that me and my partner were sick with headache, respiratory junk and allergic symptoms. There was scum in the tub, the faucets were falling off, wrapped with old hair and you can see the mold into the walls. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, the outlets are loose and dont work and probably a fire hazard so if the hepatitis, mesothelioma and the respiratory reactions dont kill guests, the fire will. Ive stayed in a lot of dumps, this is one of them. The door had clearly been kicked in before and so had the bathroom door, so it doesnt even completely shut. Its loud, stinky and dirty. The mattress felt like a thrifted box springs. There was other guests requesting other rooms when I got there due to filth and no lights in their room and the front desk girl didnt even acknowledge me while I was standing at the desk to check in and met me with a snarky "did you use the online check in??" Instead of a hello. Had it not been 10 pm and I just drove 12 hours i would have complained and left. Spend the extra money and go down the street. Palm Springs is full of much better places. Wyndham let me down on this one and they need to know
