Pros:

The staff are amazing and very helpful. We also booked a boat evening through the hotel which I would recommend as it was great fun.
Location was very good and near to lots of restaurants and links into the city

Location is perfect
Pros:

The location was just perfect. We had everything on our doorstep. The hotel has a lovely pool and roof terrace but unfortunately we didn't use them as the weather was bad for our stay. The staff were great from checkin to check out. I would return to this hotel.

Pros:

Super friendly staff and very clean facilities. The breakfast had a good variety and the spa was great. The location was very convenient, just 10 mins walk from the main touristy Sultanahmet Area and right across the road from the water view.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were very thin

Pros:

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a minha estadia neste hotel em Istambul. As instalações são ótimas, o quarto era confortável e bem cuidado, excelente localização.

Cons:

Infelizmente, tive uma situação menos positiva no último dia: os meus AirPods desapareceram do quarto, provavelmente durante o período em que fomos tomar o pequeno-almoço. Reportei ao hotel e pedi que verificassem as câmaras.
Apesar do incidente, quero destacar a forma profissional como a situação foi tratada. O hotel investigou o ocorrido, conseguiu localizar os AirPods e tratou do envio para Portugal, Consegui recuperá-los apesar de chegarem partidos e ter de pagar para receber uns AirPods que me foram roubados no meu quarto do Hotel.

Nice location and friendly staff

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable, and it was difficult to sleep due to the poor-quality mattress. There was also significant noise outside until midnight, which made it even harder to rest.

Additionally, the hotel was under renovation during our stay, which caused inconvenience and should have been communicated in advance.
