Pros:

The hotel is cozzy. Always background music in the breakfast, the option to see the sea during breakfast.
Breakfast is also good.

Cons:

I booked a 2 bedroom room, with one bathroom and balcony. What I got was: a room with an entrance where there was a bed, then, a door with another bedroom with the bathroom there. NO balcony. They explained: French balcony

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were so attentive and the room was fabulous! We made use of all the amenities such as breakfast and the spa and we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

The best thing to do after a long flight is to go straight to the spa at this hotel!
Then walking distance to most of the sites

The best hotel option in Fatih!
Pros:

I invited my friend from another country to celebrate her birthday and chose this hotel to impress her. I sure did. Looks exactly like on the pictures, little piece of fairytale. The rooms are Ottoman style decorated. Quiet location in walking distance to the main attractions of Sultanahmet and numerous restaurants. The territory is meticulously maintained and the housekeeping is great. The staff is very attentive and offering you coffee or tea when you are in the courtyard.

Cons:

Just the little things. The lack of lightening, especially in the rooms facing the courtyard. Even if you turn all the lights… And my big problem was that very annoying music from the restaurant, same every day, from 8 am till 10-11 pm. It’s probably called “neutral”, without a character, popular tunes sung by the 4-tier artists - to me a kind of torture. At least we were not there all the time)) Maybe no music would be better.
