Highly recommended. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel

Nice hotel. Very nice accommodations close to the blue mosque, again Sophia etc. staff was very nice and helpful.

Comfortable and flexible at a good value
Pros:

The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were nice, and the breakfast had so many selections. Also, although our checkout time was 12pm, our car wasn't picking us up until 230pm because we had a 6pm flight. They let us stay in the room until 2pm which helped us take in more sights until leaving because our bags stayed in our room.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin, and depending on which street your room aligns to and which floor you're on, you will have a completely different experience. We were traveling with friends, and their room was on the ground floor and facing the main street. They didn't sleep for 3 days because of the noise of people, cars, and fighting cats. Our room was on the third floor, facing the opposite street, so we had a quieter room. But, the walls were still very thin, so make sure to bring comfortable ear plugs.

Pros:

Die Lage, der Empfang (besonders Hr. Sedat), das Zimmer (absoluter Hammer), der im Spiegel versteckter TV, das Schwimmbad im Außenbereich, das Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Nichtantworten auf E-Mails, die Zimmerbeleuchtung und besonders das Fehlen von Nachttischlampen, TV ist zu klein, TV-Programme nur auf Türkisch, das Restaurant-Personal ist nicht geschult (aber Fr. Tugba hat ein großes Potential), die hoch erschwerte Zugänglichkeit des Schwimmbads (die Internet-Bilder sind hierzu irreführend), das schmutzige Wasser im Schwimmbad, eine im Allgemeinen fehlende Aufsicht seitens der Leitung.

Staff can't do enough for you! Very accommodating.
Pros:

Staff couldn't do enough for you. Comfortable rooms. Drinks in bar are on the pricey side. Shout out to one of the reception men (can't remember his name) but drives the red BMW. Very friendly and went out of his way to help. Bonus having the spa, we used this and had a turkush bath, shout out to the cleaner who works in the spa he was very polite and accommodating. Lovely hotel and lovely staff, thinking of going back next year.

Cons:

Drinks in bar are quite expensive. WiFi is a bit hit and miss.

Good hotel to explore ancient Istanbul
Pros:

The location is excellent for the main two mosques. Breakfast was nothing special as it was more a continental one. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Checking in took too long as the staff were trying to impress us. With drinks.
