Great Stay with Beautiful Lake View

We had a lovely stay at The Ramvilas. The location is perfect, right near Lake Pichola, and the rooftop view is amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the rooftop restaurant was tasty, especially with the lake view. A great place to relax and enjoy Udaipur. Highly recommended!

Great hotel.....with amazing staff...great hospitality.....lovely food....had a superb experience....the check in and check out procedures were smooth...roof top restaurant was the highlight...breakfast was superb...anything asked was made available withing minutes..

We had booked 2 rooms here for 2 nights and checked in on Christmas Eve at 8PM. Despite the 6hrs late check in and a confirmation call at 6PM, the rooms were not ready when we arrived.

The saga continues to the next morning when we found out that our sink drain doesn’t work and water got blocked in the basin and It didn’t stop there. It was freezing cold outside and all we wanted was a good hot shower, and that’s when we found out that there’s no hot water in the bathroom. After an hours wait, a guy comes with a bucket of hot water which is barely enough for 1 person.

Later that day, we come back after a long day of sightseeing to find a room that’s left as it is without any room service or cleaning.

Overall terrible experience and extremely disappointed

Was travelling, with kids and parents. In sep 2024. The front desk staff, Gajendra Singh helped us with early check in and guided us with options to plan a good city tour.

The room and complementary dining experience was great, and honestly is much better than the fancy lake side restaurants.

The hotel over looks the lake and Oberoi Uday vilas. In addition, another young student, who also worked as a staff, Mr Mahendra Singh , helped us to the top most terrace, for a good view of the lake, lake palace ,the historical evolution of Udaipur, the culture etc.

There seems to be also some construction work nearing completion, which will give a corner view to the scenic landscape once completed. Locality is also good, with good approach road.

Overall a very happy, memorable and joyful experience. Very nice place and very nice people that reflects the culture of the people of Rajasthan. Thank you.

One of the best Hotel in Udaipur with great hospitality and Service . I visited with my family in 1 week of June 2024 . Mr Hemant the manager was vry cooperative and the staff was very helpful in all ways. Great Service at dining and cafeteria also Specially by Mr Ganpatji and Mr Chhattaram ji . Food was excellent. Ambience was also good . Jain food available on request. Rooms are also spacious and very clean n hygiene. Overall it was a fantastic experience and had a g8 time . Would prefer to stay here once again in future also 👍👌👌

This hotel in Udaipur is amazing. The staff is super nice, and we had a great time here for two days. Our room was comfy with AC and everything we needed. Plus, the hotel has a great view!
