Would stay again
Pros:

Spacious. Clean. Very good shower. Friendly helpful staff. The property is secure and staff are always available. We didn’t use the rooftop facilities but these would be a bonus on a hot day. The marina is a short walk away.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to the old town but plenty of ‘tap on’ city buses at the bottom of the road which pass by frequently.

Toller Urlaub, rundum!
Pros:

Alles Super! Waren Anfang der Saison (März) in Palma, hat alles gepasst! Per ist ein unglaublicher Gastgeber, immer da und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren als Familie im Penthouse, über uns eine Dachterrasse. Beides unglaublich schön! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Terreno liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum , ist aber mit dem Taxi innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Vincent and Per were amazing!
Pros:

The property is new and everything is extremely clean. The location is excellent and is walking distance from everything that’s important in Palma. The air conditioner is nice and strong and you can control the temperature easily. The beds are very comfortable and the covers are dreamy. Vincent and Per are the two outstanding staff members that made our stay even better. They were so thoughtful. They had great recommendations. They really made our time more enjoyable. We appreciate them both. I will return to Terreno for my next trip to Mallorca. Highly recommend.

Very well maintained and clean.
Per is very welcoming and gave us short tour of rooftop and small pool. Also helped us in booking taxi specially on a holiday. Thanks Per for providing early check in.
Thanks Vincent also for all small help which made things easy for us.

Cons:

Property is generally good, around 2 km away from city center but it’s a beautiful walk to city along the seaside.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y está decorado con mucho gusto.
