Exceeded our expectation. The cleanliness and staff made up for the distance from city center.
Pros:

Staff, the cleanliness, and the room had everything we needed!

Cons:

The curtains do not close all the way so there was no blackout.
The aircon in the master bedroom was not working properly.

Fantastisch, ik kom zeker terug!
Pros:

Het appartement was helemaal zoals op de foto's: ruim, schoon, volledig uitgerust. De uitbater en het personeel zijn extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het dakterras is zalig! Er zijn goede winkels in de buurt en een uitstekend tapasrestaurant. De locatie is wat buiten het centrum (en het feestgedruis) en daardoor wat rustiger, maar ligt wel op een goede buslijn naar het centrum (hoewel ik alles te voet deed). Palma is een prachtige stad.

Cons:

Mijn appartement lag op de eerste verdieping aan de straatkant en was dus waarschijnlijk het rumoerigste van alle appartementen. Overdag was er vrij veel lawaai van verkeer (maar je gaat natuurlijk niet op reis om in je appartement te blijven). Ik slaap liefst met mijn raam open, waardoor ik 's nachts ook lawaai had van (zeer) luidruchtige mensen op straat. Met raam dicht was dit wel verholpen dus de isolatie van de ramen is goed genoeg. Het restaurant aan de overkant heeft vrij luide muziek maar rond middernacht werd die gelukkig meestal uitgezet. Hoe dan ook zijn dit elementen waar de uitbaters geen controle over hebben.

Et nydelig hotell, med vennlig personale. Rent og innbydende. Beliggenheten kunne vært noe bedre, svært trafikkert vei utenfor. Men alt i alt en flott opplevelse!

Family trip to Palma
Pros:

We had a two bedroom apartment for 3 adults and 2 young kids and the stay was great. Having the kitchen was handy as we could make breakfast most mornings since we aren’t in old town (not as many cafes close by). The apartments are farther from old town so not as loud which was nice (but also something to be aware of with kids as we had to always take the bus to get in otherwise the walk was a bit too far for them). Pool was a nice bonus and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were all fantastic, helpful and friendly.

Séjour très agréable dans un endroit chaleureux
Pros:

Le centre historique est à 20 mns à pieds en longeant le port. La résidence est très agréable et joliment décorée. Le studio correspondait à nos besoins pour 3 jours : une petite cuisine bien équipée, un salon agréable et une chambre confortable. Vincent a été très accueillant à notre arrivée et nous a aidé à mettre la voiture au garage un peu « étroit ». Très agréable et ultra disponible sa gentillesse contribue à rendre le lieu inoubliable. Que demander de plus ?
