There was plenty of Hot Hot water - everything was very clean - I was invited to tea & bread - it was lovely - the staff were very helpful

Pros:

The hostel is located in the middle of Imsil and has a lot of space to relax. The hospitality of the personnel was really great.
If you want to hike Jbel Toubkal, go there!

Right in centre of town, convenience, welcoming staff

Cons:

The layout of the bathroom/plumbing is such that if you shower, it floods the entire bathroom floor. Not a huge issue as water receeds after a while,but one they should probably resolve.

Kind helpful staff but do expect to use translation app to communicate.

Building was cold and WiFi only works in lobby. No restaurant as advertised ( plenty of restaurants around though)

Friendly people, great breakfast dinner package :)
Pros:

Super sweet and friendly people. Two girls and a woman in the kitchen and one guy who was helping me with some things I needed. They are truly lovely. Breakfast and dinner included in the price is a great deal, and the meals are delicious. From the balcony of my room I can see the snowy mountains. There is hot water at the shower.

Cons:

Some beds in the hostel room don't get good wifi reach, it should be fixed. And when I took a shower, the water was flooding a bit in the room and I had to clean that, so that can be improved.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed.
The girls working there were especially kind, always asking if I needed anything and greeting me with warm smiles
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a great variety.
The atmosphere was so welcoming and comfortable that it truly felt like home.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and a cozy, home-like experience

Pros:

Lovely staff, great breakfast, good location.

Cons:

My bathroom had a plug in the shower drain which I was told I should remove AFTER
I managed to flood bath room and bedroom. The staff were gracious in cleaning up my mess.
