Disappointed with our check in.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable.

Cons:

No one was at the front desk upon arrival and luckily a guest was departing otherwise we wouldve been waiting outside for the 15 minutes it took the employee to come to the front. Night auditor was kinda rude and had 2 different excuses for our reservation being canceled. Then finally reinstated our reservation and checked us in. Also, breakfast potatoes and sausage aren't very kid friendly as they have quite a bit of seasonings causing them to be more spicy. And coffee pot in room spewed coffee everywhere and brewed maybe 1/2 a cup.

That he person who checked us in over charged my debit card, which resulted in having to pay an overdraft fee on my debt card and could not use my card to purchase any other items for my child.

The room we had was supposed to be a suite!!! That's debatable. Door didn't close,couldn't lock the deadbolt. Shower curtain rod was barely attached, bathroom door was falling off its hinges. Pillows on the bed looked like throw pillows from a couch. They should have paid me to stay in the room.
