Pros:

Great staff very helpful. Had a bar downstairs where we finished each day sharing stories. The hotel was in the middle of everything.

Cons:

Room was very small. Could barely get around with our luggage in the room.

Individuelles kleines Stadthotel
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück klein, aber fein. Die Dachterrasse des Hotels (am besten einen Drink von der Hotelbar mitnehmen). Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Die Dusche geräumig und mit gutem Wasserdruck. Das freundliche Personal. Die bequemen Betten. Jeden Tag gab es eine Flasche Trinkwasser aufs Zimmer.

Cons:

Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es sehr laut die ganze Nacht, sehr hellhörig innerhalb des Hotels.
Dusche war durch Zimmerflur von WC/Waschbecken getrennt und sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten am Waschbecken.
Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.
Man konnte erst um 15 h ins Zimmer.

It is not handicapped accessible, no stair railings. Many steps.
They are on the top of steeps streets both ways.

Un hotel a tener en cuenta
Pros:

Limpieza y personal muy correcto. Se rompió un soporte de la mampara del baño y mantenimiento lo solucionó enseguida. El desayuno está bien. Una “canilla libre” de capuchinos no estaría de más.

Cons:

Pieza pequeña sin placares. Una sola “mesa de luz” con cajones. Del otro lado una mesita. Sin silla. Duchero sin agarradera para prevenir caídas. Sobre la relación calidad precio: en Lisboa, probablemente debido a un desequilibrio oferta/demanda , los alojamientos están caros. Dentro de esa franja alta, el hotel tiene una relación correcta, aunque me quedan las dudas de su categoría de 4 estrellas.

Pros:

The room was clean and inviting, had everything we needed. Coffee and water was replenished daily and the bed made.
The bed was super comfortable.
The staff were friendly and acknowledged us as we came and went. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of variety and friendly service. The hotel was modern and fresh.

Cons:

Just a bit noisy as its on a main road..
