Perfekt für ein langen Wochenende in Lissabon

A nice hotel, great staff with a fantastic location.
Pros:

Reception staff, Ludmila, Sarah, Beatrix and Barbara made us feel so welcomed - and being friendly and attentive every day of our stay. The hotel's welcoming gift in the room was a such a pleasant surprise - as was the delicious home made birthday cake!
Pleasant breakfast - friendly and service-minded staff, in particular Mayara. The hotel has a great roof terrace and a nice bar/lounge downstairs. The bartender Bruno also gave us the very best service.
The location of the hotel meant we could easily walk up to Castelo de Sao Jorge and down to Praca do Comercio ... and choose among traditional local restaurants in the hotel's neighborhood.

Cons:

Room size was too small being categorised as superior. The room felt quite cramped since we spent 3 nights in the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. The reception staff did their best to try accommodate a change of rooms.

最高です。みんなに勧めたいです。ここに泊まれてリスボンの日々が特別なものになりました。また来たいです。

とにかくスタッフがとても親切で優しくて仕事ができます。カフェのスタッフも毎朝明るくて何ヶ国語も話せて素晴らしい人でした。ロケーションは最高でどこに行くのにも便利、タクシーも止めやすく人気店にはほとんど歩いて行くことができました。

Cons:

シャワーの切り替えのところがつまみにくくて困りました。ほかの部屋に泊まっていた友達もそれを言ってました。部屋に引き出しがなかったり、鏡を見るのに暗かったりテーブルの前に鏡があればもうちょっと便利だと思いました。

Habitación cómoda Lisboa
Pros:

Alojamiento muy bien situado en Lisboa. Muy cerca de la estación de metro de rossio además de tranvías. Hay un supermercado justo enfrente. Habitación correcta.

Cons:

2 de los días que estuvimos no nos limpiaron la habitación cuando llegábamos por la tarde, uno de ellos al decirlo vinieron las trabajadoras y la limpiaron pero el otro día nos dijeron que ya no estaban y solo nos ofrecieron unas toallas viejas limpias. Me parece mal que por el precio que pagas de una habitacion en un hotel de 4 entrellas no limpien la habitacion. La justificscion que nos dijeron desde recepcion era por tema de horarios pero no entendemos que de 4 dias, 2 no nos la limpiaran.
