Clean out your ice machine and note who staying multipe days.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Parking okay. Shower spacious .

Cons:

I had a multiple day stay but my room card got deactivated twice requiring me get it reactivated both times at the front desk.

The ice machine on my floor has mold in the water which I only found out the next day after the ice melted.

Yuck!

The computer/business center computers dont work have internet and I needed it to do my timesheet on a desktop.

Perfect.
Pros:

This by far is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in, it immediately smells delightful. The floors are so clean you can lick them. I’m very picky when it comes to where I stay. I normally use my own sheets and blankets, but I didn’t even feel that was necessary here. The shower was squeaky clean. I took the most amazing showers here. I slept so peaceful. The hotel is very quiet. I kept trying to think of a con but I couldn’t. I want to thank everyone who assisted in making my stay comfortable. I guess it just means so much more to me because I had a tough week. The housekeepers came by every morning to replace my towels and take out the trash without me having to ask. The manager was super duper sweet to me. She greeted me when leaving out this morning and made sure to let me know the elevator had been working again, since it had been out a few days. Her greeting was so sweet maybe because I didn’t expect it. I normally don’t get the hospitality and customer service I expect when visiting places. So that meant a lot to me that she went out her way to speak to me. Even the lady who makes breakfast was sweet and patient with my children and I. I hate I didn’t get anyone’s name because they all deserve to be remembered. Everything was perfect.

Cons:

The only thing I could maybe say I didn’t like was that the elevator wasn’t working throughout my stay, but that isn’t anyone’s fault just a minor inconvenience

It was convenient
Pros:

Room was very stuffy/moldy smelling. Had trouble breathing at night. Elevators were broken. I rented this room for my elderly parents.

I will never stay here again
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

People’s car got broken into. When we got in the room, there was trash from previous guest on the floor, which was a Snickers rapper and some other type of rapper so I know the room was not cleaned. The fire alarm went off a few times and which woke us up.
