The Houston Texas stay
Pros:

The staff during the day was very helpful, jay and the general manager pam. The breakfast was on point.

Cons:

The sheets had small stains on them , but they were taking care of immediately by house keeping.

Honestly if I didn’t already pay I wouldn’t have slept here, but I booked a king suite 2 weeks ago.. then getting a call

Honestly if I didn’t already pay I wouldn’t have slept here, but I booked a king suite 2 weeks ago.. then getting a call from the general manager the day OF check in that “booking.com” advised king suites when they longer have that suite at all, but upon looking on the actual website I see king suites available to book. So I feel like they lied and put me in a room with double beds.. my room shower nob look like mold was on it. The bathroom doors had rusty on it and the beds are HARD !! Feels like cardboard on my back. The front desk receptionist Jay was cool and funny so that’s the only good thing about this hotel over all 2/10
