Could be better.
Cons:

The breakfast needs a significant upgrade. Considering the price of the rooms, the breakfast lacks variety and creativity. When we booked, we read many positive reviews, especially about the breakfast, so we had high expectations. However, after experiencing it ourselves, we were quite disappointed and couldn’t understand why it had received such positive feedback.

For the amount guests pay for the rooms, the breakfast should offer a much better selection and overall experience. It definitely needs improvement to match the quality and value of the hotel.

Pros:

Está muy céntrico, es muy acogedor, sólo tiene 8 habitaciones y todas en la misma planta, junto con la zona de desayuno. Está recién reformado y lo mantienen muy limpio.

Small boutique hotel in bery convenient location
Pros:

Fabulous location, a couple of mins from San Marco Sq. Good local restaurants. Staff were polite and really helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out for a few hours which enabled us further to enjoy Venice. Greatly appreciated. Great value for money! A decent breakfast was included which we enjoyed.
Would stay here again.

Cons:

The shower door in the bathroom didn’t seal correctly when shut so some water escaped onto the floor. The ridge of the floor of the shower facing the door was clearly rusted but otherwise everything was clean and very comfortable.

Pros:

La chambre est top. C’est confort, silencieux malgré le côté route. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit est petit mais très bien il y a ce qu’il faut et c’est bon. L’emplacement est aussi très bien on est à 5 min de la place San Marco et on est à peu près à équidistance à pieds des différents quartiers de Venise

Pros:

The location and the hotel are amazing. And the breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Everything was great. The shower had a bit of mold which was too bad but otherwise very clean with great towels linens and air conditioning.
