Le réceptionniste à revoir sur l’arrivé de vos client , aucune instruction de petit déjeuner , Check out , rien … un sourire ? Un peu déçu de cette arrivé ghetto

Well, overall the stay was OK, the staff were amazing all of them without exceptions, starting with the reception guys who were so kind and helpful, there's 2 guys at the reception who were working morning shift and another guy who was working night shift they were great, i wanna thank the lady who's working morning at the dining room when serving the breakfast, she's the best, and so kind
The security agent were amazing
Only the room was bad when we entered first as it was smelling bad.. They just put air freshener instead of changing the room for us which i didn't like.

The hotel isn’t suitable for families, rooms small and can’t accommodate big families, there isn’t connecting rooms, less cleaning and old furniture.
The water contained big amounts of chlorine and my family got sick.
The booking system outdated and can’t be trusted, we booked through their system and we got cancelled after we arrived late.

Malgré que j ai eu une chambre, nous avons rencontré un gros problème car il n y avait aucune chambre de réservée . Il a fallut batailler avec l hôtel pour avoir une chambre pour 2 personnes alors que j ai réservé et réglé une chambre pour 6 personnes !!!!!!

We spent a night in this fantastic hotel an I was surprised of the high standard supplied, the hotels have a secured entrance and integrated car parking, the receptionist was very professional and warm welcome, the room are very clean and tidy, the sleeping bed 🛏 is very confortable, the bathroom were clean and no bad smell, vi will recommend this hotel for any business man or family stay well done

We stayed here for 1 night to make getting to the airport easy the next day. My boyfriend rang to make the reservation and as it is 24 hour check in it was really helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, modern and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Staff on the desk were helpful and I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is totaly new,rooms are wide enough with big bathroom,staff are helpful and friendly,food is so delecious,close to airport with free shuttle bus,one problem after 23.00 you cant eat as room service till 23.00,and the hotel is on highway so you can find nothing around.
