Pros:

The staff was friendly and and made our transitions easy as well as fast troubleshooting

Cons:

Still under renovation. Card keys kept cutting off so we had to switch them out. We had to change rooms due to a broken fridge, broken phone, broken a/c, and our room was down the hall from a hole in the ceiling. It was dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Won’t be back and still fighting the unwarranted extra charge($250!)
Pros:

After checking out I was charged for a smoking room but I’ve never smoked and the room definitely did not smell of smoke!

A scam!? My credit card company is fighting this but the charge is BS. Additionally the cleaning staff tried to get me out of the room at 10:05 am when checkout is 12:am.

Cons:

House keeping should not try to get me to leave the room 1 hour earlier than check out time.

The staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating!! 10/10 would stay here again.

Professional staff, clean rooms
Pros:

Love the staff as they were very professional. The Lobby, halls and rooms are always clean. I have had no complaints since I have made visits to this hotel. 10 out of 10 on my scoreboard.

The inconveniences were minor. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The Room was decent.
The breakfast was pretty much the standard breakfast served at hotels.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. If there was an issue or I need print something, they were on top of it.

Cons:

The Central elevator (there are 3, I am referring to the middle one) This Elevator was extremely noisy. It emitted a high-pitched sound that did not stop.
My room did not have a mini fridge, and the coffee maker did not work as it was supposed to.
The Coffee. Hotels are not known for having great coffee, but the stuff they had was bad. It made Army Coffee seem like Dunkin Donuts.
