Great location for the west end, museums etc. public transport is brilliant, 15 minute bus ride to South Kensington from just outside and you can walk to Kensington High Street in 20 minutes. The hotel is reasonably priced (for Chelsea). breakfast is very good and plentiful. great local shops, and pubs and restaurants in short walking distance. superb bathroom.
the standard rooms could be described as 'compact and bijou', but really there's nothing to dislike about this place. have stayed previously and will do again when i need to be in the area. restaurant no longer serves food all day but there is a cafe opening soon within the hotel (otherwise it would be a 10).
It was just wonderful. The staff were so friendly, the room was exceptionally comfortable and felt like a lovely luxury bedroom rather than a hotel room.
The bathroom was a little small but nothing to really complain about.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They charged me claiming the fire alarm went off because of “incense,” even though I wasn’t burning anything and no alarm actually sounded. As Arabs, many of our perfumes have oud-based scents, but they used this as an excuse to take money.
What made it worse is that housekeeping suddenly entered my room while I was changing, which is completely unacceptable and against hotel policy.
Anyone planning to stay here should be aware and expect these kinds of issues — the hotel was unprofessional and felt exploitative.
Convenient location a few minute-walk from Sloane Square. Very kind staff. Cozy place. Good breakfast. Fair price for this level in Chelsea.

Not good value for money. Rated 4 stars but I will rated 2 stars. Room very small. Area to hang clothes very small. TV you have to watch side way. Floor badly stained. Curtains very thin and transparent. Sun light pass through the room at 6am in the morning. Room service do not answer even after leaving 2 messages.
Can not get WiFi because it wouldn’t accept my email.
I went the reception they couldn’t help. I will never comeback to this hotel. I think they should refund my money as I suffered and had extremely bad night.
Conveniently located within a short walk of Sloan Square underground. Breakfast and service were good.
I had a room on the top floor under the roof so that the ceiling was a bit low for a tall person.
