Pros:

A localização é excelente, bem próximo da Av. O’Higgins onde estão bares, lojas, cafés e restaurantes. O terminal de ônibus e um bom supermercado também ficam a 2 quadras. A cozinha pode ser usada para preparar uma refeição e tudo é muito organizado. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e um café era preparado caso você precisasse sair mais cedo para algum passeio. O aquecimento no quarto e banheiro foi fundamental no inverno.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, com mais opções de frutas, etc e era sempre igual. O preço é alto para o padrão do hotel. A banheira era um pouco escorregadia.
