Pros:

After some issues at the checkin the stay was comfortable. Staff helped with many of minor issues.
The property is older and smaller than as Shown on the pictures. But the property location is very convenient.

This is one of the finer hotels in Abha, but the city isn't really a tourist destination, so you have to take that with a grain of salt. The hotel is in good condition, and clean, but the amenities are limited. The pool is small, the gym very basic, and the jacuzzi when I was there wasn't heated. I also thought the breakfast buffet was unappetizing, unless you're fond of Arab-style mezze, and they didn't have any fresh juice. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view of the city, but again the food didn't show any imagination or creativity. And I couldn't even get the espresso machine in my room to work. TV did not have very many channels, only one in English. Lastly, nobody on staff appeared to speak English. On the good side, the room had a nice big bed with lots of pillows and was generally quiet.

Prime downtown location. Right in front of asir museum, great rooftop restaurant and wonderful breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. 100% recommendation. Hotel can arrange tour to Rijal Alma, a must see place

الفندق جيد بشكل عام كموقع ومساحة وأثاث وتعامل وفطور ولكن يحتاج الى مزيد اهتمام بدورات المياة حيث النظافة وتحتاج الى صيانة مع شكر خاص لموظف الاستقبال أستاذ محمد ومدير الفندق لحسن تعاونهم
