Pros:

Location is great, right off the freeway but doesn't feel like it. Not loud and they do a great job on the property to make it feel like it's private

Cons:

A couple of things are outdated but not in a real bad way. Chain additional security locks inside rooms. Elevator is very small and slow but only 3 stories so without much stuff stairs are great

Do not book this hotel
Pros:

I had two reservations one night I booked with Expedia for a king suite. It was the worst rundown room I've ever been in. It was at the end of the row where nobody wanted to be at also. It was definitely overflow not a suite. The next day I booked to a two queen standard room for four nights. That room was by far much better than the king suite. It was updated and nicer inside. It was by far the nicer of the two and it was way cheaper. But the problem was I'm handicapped and needed assistance. They knew this when I booked and I asked for something easy accessible near handicap parking. They couldn't have put me any further in both rooms. It was terrible. No help was available when checking in on the 2ed booking with my luggage, I had to struggle taking piece by piece to my room. It was so difficult and so exhausting because of where they put me. When I asked for something closer they said there was nothing else available. My booking was made with advance notice as well as I called them several times to verify this would not be the problem. It was certainly a problem. There is no continental breakfast or any type of food or drinks available the next morning as well. The amenities are extremely far away, if you have mobility or a disabled this is a problem. The description describes the hotel like it's a resort. This couldn't be anything further from the truth. I think at one point this was a nice hotel/resort, but they let it go. It is so outdated and so far away spread out within the hotel you cannot enjoy anything. This is not a resort to come to and relax like your typical resorts. The pickleball and courts are very rundown and are extremely far away from your room. You're not treated with respect nor any type of hospitality. When I tried speaking to them about these problems they just brushed it off and didn't want to talk about anything. No apologies not sympathetic not can I help you with something as I have a needle hanging out of my chest hooked up to an IV line. The first night I was placed in a room that I felt very unsecure as a single senior disabled woman traveling alone . They put me in a very dark area with no outside lighting being on the ground floor. I was away from everybody and everyone This was the king suite with Expedia I paid extra for a suite. They had a stove top two burner cooker I believe in the room. But there were no pots or pans or dishes or even silverware or paper napkins or paper towels. When I ask the front desk if I could have something to cook in or paper towels they explain that the rooms don't have anything. They said I could check out pots if they were available but there were none available. So what is the purpose of having a sweet with cooking facility if I can't use it? I paid extra for this week that I couldn't utilize. In addition I didn't have any extra toilet paper in my room. I only had a half a roll and the other roll was empty. I was exhausted and needed help. When I called asking for extra things in my room they didn't respond right away. I called an hour later to remind them. They still didn't come. I called the third time and they came. When I explained to them for my day two reservation and carrying on my trip, I did not want to be on that ground floor away from everybody. I did not feel secure and safe. They moved me to a second floor just above where I was at so it felt like I was in Timbuktu all by myself. Please don't waste your money on this hotel. It is not a resort most certainly and being a hotel is really a stretch for what it is. This room should be classified as a motel, if you want a real type of resort or nice hotel feeling do not book here. The pictures are very deceivious not at all what you get when you book. The room or the grounds are not how they look in the pictures.

Stay somewhere else!
Pros:

Paid over $300 for a suite and noticed a light was out, so went to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. Person at the front couldn’t leave, so had to walk down to get it. Came back to discover no silverware, plates, napkins, or coffee in the room. Went back and was given plastic spoons and forks, and coffee packets, but the coffee pot was under a cabinet so you couldn’t fill it unless you unplugged it, pulled it out, then replugged it. Pillows were lumpy, and we all woke up with neck and back pain. Horrible experience!

Disappointing
Pros:

We’ve been a loyal customer, attracted to the funky and supposedly pet-friendly vibe, but our last two stays in 2025 and July 2026 have been disappointing. Rooms are old and dirty, TV and remote don’t work as they should, and although we can pay for our pet, there were so many restrictions our only dining option was to get take out and eat in our very dirty room, which also meant we couldn’t watch the world cup match because the in-room tvs weren’t equipped.

Pros:

Hotel was convenient for our activities. Pool and hot tub appreciated. Hotel has a nice walelcoming feel in itss big spaces for gathering and relaxing.

Cons:

Was supposed to have 3 rooms together or nearby. That didn't happen, which was disappointing. That was a very early request that was supposed to be granted.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The location was great, the landscaping was beautiful, our bed was very comfortable. Loved the large table in the breakfast room, we could all sit together!

Cons:

I thought there was a complementary breakfast, but I was wrong. We had to buy breakfast, although I must say it was the best oatmeal I’ve ever had! It was extremely confusing finding our room. We were with five other family members, and they also found it confusing. I wasn’t informed that my room was a room for someone with a dog. When my daughter saw our room, she said because it did not have carpet it was a pet room.

Functional, but I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was strong.

Cons:

The bathrooms are in desperate need of remodeling/modernization. The shower in the bathroom was barely adequate - it was small, dark, and the water pressure was mediocre. They didn't tell us at check-in that the rooms would only be serviced every three days. The hallways smelled like mildew. There was no full-length hanging bar for clothes and no counter space in the bathroom. It was also not clear before we checked in that there were a number of long-term residents in the hotel; there were some interesting smells.

Comfort, location, staff made this a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

I love the common areas, the room size, balconies with chairs and tables and the beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and staff was exceedingly helpful.

Cons:

The placement of the microwave and refrigerator is awkward, forcing one to bend down to ones knees or toes to use either after opening a door to the whole set up so using them in a darkened cupboard--awkward to be sure. The ice machine was out of order on our floor for our entire stay but one floor down there was another.
