Pros:

Location 1/2 block from Central Park which recently been revamped with a memorial feature for vets. And a great farmers market. The staff was descreit . Quick peacefully clean and professional all the way.breaksfast need a facelift 4 out of 5 stars

Cons:

Breakfast was bleek and very limited I could eat I'm allergic to eggs nothing hot nothing fresh and slim picking no toast or bagel roughly sparse for nutrition of vegetarian no ice no coffee 🙂‍↕️🥺😱😑😞

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location. The Price of the hotel. That was probably it..

Cons:

The guy who checked us in. The pool wasnt open, there was no water.. Continental breakfast?? That's a joke. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The TV controller wouldn't turn tv on. The water for both sink and shower never got hot. So no shower. There was no clock, no phone to call front desk, and no in room coffee pot. You get what you pay for.

Worst motel I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

Only good thing was it was quiet.

Cons:

Did not get a king bed, got 2 double beds. The WiFi did not work in the room, to far away from office I suppose. Burn marks on floor, bathroom and comforter, it’s supposed to be a non smoking motel. Mold in the bathroom. Smelled like cigarettes when we opened door of room and stayed that way. The A/C kept shutting off before room was cool. Hot water was good for one shower but Luke warm for second person.

You can do better, and probably should
Pros:

Not terribly noisy the day we went. The kids had other kids to play with. There was plenty of storage space and the sink was nice in the bathroom.

Cons:

There were cockroaches, stains on the bedding, VERY poorly maintained everything, probably not the maintenance guys fault but more because of the penny pinching owners. The breakfast was boring and they asked guests not to eat more than 1 item which felt controlling and limiting. The pool wasn't open and didn't appear to be getting there any time soon. The walls were patchy. The electrical cover for the main lights switch was missing a screw so the faceplate was coming off and it was dangerous for my kids. I didn't let my kids use the pillows and blankets so we had to get ours out of storage to place over theirs. I had to clean the room with my own personal supplies and time because I was so worried about my kids touching anything that might harm them. The price was not nearly low enough because after 3 nights, I decided to book with Quality inn across the street and have had a much better experience staying here for the past 10 days
