La excelente ubicación
Todo bien
Restaurant adjacent, excellent! Waitress superb
The room was terrible. You can only lift toilet cover or seat to 45 degrees, so when you want to sit, you must bow down maximally and let the cover rest on your back - what a pleasant feeling 😱
On top of it we were not lucky to get a room close to the elevator. Even with ear plugs not easy to fall asleep.
Being BonVoy member I never tried this before.
Customer service was fantastic
Location
The front desk ladies were rude, made no attempt to be accommodating. The room was extremely warm, even with the thermostat at 65.
Great crew, awesome restaurant.. bar was great too
Warm showers
Stayed here one night before leaving on a cruise. Great location for that, only a couple miles to the terminal. The place was packed with other cruisers. Only one elevator. We arrived at 3, knowing check in is at 4. They said our room wasn’t ready, which was fine. We found a local restaurant and had fabulous food. We returned a little after 4 and our room was still not ready. That was annoying. I said, check-in is at 4, right? The desk agent said “it starts at 4,” as though it’s a range! Mind you, I travel a lot and mostly stay at Marriott properties (Lifetime Gold Elite member). I’ve never had this issue.
Also, I requested late check out (one of my status benefits) and was told no. Maybe they were short staffed on their housekeeping team??
We ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant, which was good. We killed some time sitting beside the very small, disgusting pool.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
Food was good, service was bad.
Room was very nice
Had to wait over 5 hours to check in, check in was 3pm, we got into our room at 8pm
Nothing
Poor service
Check in time is 4 pm. We arrived shortly before, to a crowded lobby filled with guests waiting for their rooms to be ready. We were told we’d get a phone call when our room was available. We sat down in the lobby and waited and waited. Finally, at 4:45 I approached the desk and asked when our room was going to be ready and was told that they had called us a half hour before. Nope. No phone call was received a
Note that there is a $17 resort fee. Also note, that if they don’t tell you, you can use that amount to buy drinks and snacks in their little market on the day that you check in. You can’t do it check out day. We learned about this from another guest who had been told. We weren’t informed.
Room review: it’s a small room, but for one night it works. The bathroom has minimal counter space and is not big enough to hold toiletries for two people . Speaking of toiletries, don’t expect anything more than a bar of soap and a bottle of lotion.
A/C: if you like a freezing cold room, this is the place for you. It was so cold we had to turn our A/C off when we initially walked into the room. We left it off the entire
night.
The hotel does allow you to store your luggage in the lobby if your room isn’t ready and you want to explore We found that to be very helpful the following morning.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy.
