Preis-Leistung top. Ich war kritisch da die Bewertungen hier sehr unterschiedlich sind. Bin aber begeistert. War super sauber, leise und unkompliziert. Zusätzlich top zentral. Gegenüber ein Rewe mit langen Öffnungszeiten, was für mich auch super war.

Dafür, dass ich nur etwas zum Schlafen brauchte top!

Unterirdisch!!!
Meine Partnerin und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick OK aber das Bad und der Balkon gehen gar nicht...
Auf den zweiten Blick stellte sich raus das dass Zimmer auch nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt ist,die Bettlaken hatten löcher und die Einrichtung war sehr staubig und verschmutzt.
Die Matratzen waren total versaut,haben Flecken ...
Das Bad,ein Gemeinschafts Bad war so schmutzig das es schon an Gesundheitsgefährdung grenzt. Das war nicht nur der Schmutz von ein oder zwei Tagen.
Der Balkon war ein Verschlag,bis auf ein Fenster, komplett geschlossen und schmutzig und Schimmel an der Decke und den Wänden... Die Gemeinschaftsküche haben wir erst gar nicht benutzt... Man hätte sich Kaffee oder Tee machen können und Kleinigkeiten kochen. Als wir die Küche gesehen haben ist uns die Lust auf Kochen deutlich vergangen.
Alles in allem,Lage OK,etwas unübersichtlich und schlecht zu erreichen aber OK.
Das Zimmer und die Hygiene lassen sehr stark zu wünschen übrig.

Mein Bettlaken und Kissenbezug waren beide dreckig, an der Rezeption konnte ich niemanden finden (mehrmaliges aufsuchen)

The rooms get very hot at night. We booked breakfast beforehand but no one was at reception all morning to give us the breakfast. I tried calling them and contacting them via email, but even three weeks after, I haven't heard back from them about my complaint and my money hasn't been refunded.

Einrichtung, gab es einige Mängel. Kaffeemaschine defekt, in d. Schlafkabine war Steckdose nicht verfügbar, tv ging auch nicht. Alles andere super und ok. Empfehle ich gern weiter.

Either I missed the info or it was not made clear that there is only a shared bathroom between the four “apartment “ rooms this hotel offers. Suboptimal I would say. But both the bathroom and the communal kitchen were kept very clean.
The rooms are on the fourth floor which is not too helpful with large suitcases as there is no lift. Saying that there was a very nice clerk there at check in who helped.
Everything is automated so there is no one to ask questions and the first day I did not manage to access the breakfast machine.
I had indicated on the reservation that I wished to pay at the property rather than use my cc but this was not possible which is annoying.
The hotel is situated on a very noisy street and yes, there is parking around but all the spaces are usually taken and it’s only free from 8pm to 8am.
Communication ahead of my arrival proved tricky but once I had managed to get hold of someone they were helpful.
I don’t think I’ll stay again.

As a concept I like the idea of capsules. It's like a hostel but with your own private space.

On the surface area24/7 was well presented and modern.

However:
- I have real issue with the entire place not having a single member of staff to speak to and ask questions. The entire process was automated including checking-in. If you do have an issue or a question then you have to WhatsApp a number. This may work for some people but took away the humanistic approach for me.
- On the plus side there is a kitchen to use on the negative there were only knifes in the cutlery draw, no forks or spoons.
-There was no hot water in the shower/ bathroom sinks and the pressure of the water was weak.
- The TV in the capsule was 'turned off' and could not be used. Why, if I'm paying for the room I want to use it's facilities. I also want more than a very short and unapologetic WhatsApp message explaining this.
- The price, you are paying for the novelty of capsules. It's a glorified hostel at the same price I paid for a hotel the night before.
- Capsules are, I'm my view only suitable for solo travelers. Who don't mind been confined into small spaces.

Very centrally located, with a range of amenities and transport options nearby. The capsule was spacious but no instructions were provided for the temperature control or how to connect to the TV screen. Each capsule has its own large cupboard to securely store belongings. Communal bathroom was clean, with good shower cubicles. I did not have the breakfast. Unfortunately there is zero soundproofing and the hostel is next to a nightclub. Even with earplugs I could hear noise between 21:00 and 04:00. The hostel is non-smoking but the toilet with a window smelled of smoke. Other guests were untidy and inconsiderate of quiet hours. I did not use the kitchen facilities but I noticed dirty dishes left in the sink. Be aware that the hostel is up steep stairs and there is no elevator.

Really enjoyable stay. Located very close to the city centre. Only stayed for a night but the place was very comfortable and easily self serviceable. Staff came quickly when contacted with a problem and everything was very clean.
