Location
Got there to find pool was closed, and they no longer served breakfast (even though it said so in the booking and on their site)! We got to room and the tv did not work, they sent someone to fix it. The guy brought in a new tv but needed a splitter so he left to get one. Meanwhile, my husband walked barefoot around the bed and found that the floor was soaked, went to desk to let them know that and they decided to change our room. They put us upstairs. We get into the room, looked around checked the floor and tv, all good (so we thought 🙄). We put our stuff down and left for dinner. Upon returning, my husband was outside while the rest of us went to the room. When he, and the desk person, went to use the elevator to go up to the room, it stuck. He called me and I had to call 911 and get the fire department out to get them out of the elevator! After all that, we went into our room to go to bed, only to find out the fold out couch (that we were going to use for our granddaughter) had was unusable, the bottom netting that holds the mattress was completely gone. We were too tired to change rooms AGAIN so we put and adult on the little couch and the baby in the bed. When we got up in the morning, I went down to the desk to ask for some sort of compensation for the HORRIBLE experience (as we were supposed to stay another night) and was told "well that is terrible, I can take $20 off your bill when you check out I guess"! I paid over $250 to stay in your deathtrap of a hotel and the best you can do is $20? No better room, no free night, something? I asked if I could be refunded for the 2nd night if we checked out, and they did at least do that so I am glad they did that. We ended up staying at the Hampton, who DID have a functional pool and wonderful rooms, and breakfast! I will NEVER stay here or recommend them to anyone!
We were on the road for 10 hours we didn't know where we were going to stay, we just stopped in .what a blessing and a gem! 💎

Nothing
The room was dirty. The bed was broken. The curtains were filthy with black mold. The tub had a huge crack in it. The toilet was dirty.
Nothing but the room view. I liked absolutely nothing else.
They didn't even offer breakfast. I waited 4 hours. None got put out.
The pool was magically "being cleaned" the entire time I was there.
The big lady at the front desk was rude as hell. Excuse my French. But she was no help.no coffee. Only decaf in our room.
The TVs are crap. Half the channels don't even work
I honestly want my money back I'm so upset with them.
