Alles in allem ein sehr schöner unstimmige Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das liegt ganz wunderbar in der Altstadt, direkt am historischen Rathaus. Die Stadt mit der Fußgängerzone ist ein Stückchen unten und es geht relativ steil auf Kopfsteinpflaster runter….. und dann natürlich auch wieder hoch. Das sollte man vielleicht wissen. Das Hotel besteht aus verschiedenen Gebäudeteilen, die auch unterirdisch verbunden sind. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, hochwertig eingerichtet und großzügig. Im Badezimmer hatten wir Badewanne, Dusche und separates WC. Es gibt im Hotel ein Sternerestaurant und ein weiteres sehr gutes Restaurant. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal zumeist sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir hatten nachts Probleme mit der Heizung, die Geräusche machte, und auch die Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar und sprang dadurch unmotiviert laut an. Da am Sonntag kein Techniker im Haus war, konnte das Problem nicht endgültig beseitigt werden, obwohl sich die Mitarbeiterin große Mühe gab. Uns wurde ein Umzug angeboten, aber für eine Nacht wollten wir das nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen.
Schade fanden wir, dass die Hotelbar praktisch nie besetzt war. Das mussten die Mitarbeiter aus dem restlichen Service mitmachen und das konnten sie auch wirklich gar nicht schaffen. Deswegen sind oftmals Gäste wieder weggegangen, weil sie dort nicht bedient wurden und die Mitarbeiter wirkten dann auch manchmal überfordert und nicht sehr glücklich.

Das Hotel war rundum echt Top und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war echt super und man konnte alles schnell erreichen. Sowohl die Zimmer wie auch das ganze Hotel waren super sauber und in Top Zustand. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Dame die sich beim Frühstück um uns gekümmert hat, sie war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommen. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns auch super gut gefallen und war nach unserer Radtour genau das richtige. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Gar nichts, es war alles Top!
