Pros:

Overnight staff (Gavin) was friendly and helpful. He made sure we had all we needed, ran the crib up to us quickly, and was genuinely a bright spot in a rough day.
Hotel is clean, comfortable, and nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was really nothing we disliked.

Great experience for our family!
Pros:

Comfiest beds out of any place we stayed in our travels.

Cons:

There was one website that advertised a hot tub but there is not one. The pool was good though.

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

Not comfortable bads, terrible pillows, and tiny room. All smells bad. They colored recently and it smells really strong. With that in the room it smells like wet carpet.
