Good for a single night on the cheap.
Pros:

The price was affordable for a place to stay overnight on a trip. Good for a single night not longer.

Cons:

Won't stay there again. Needs updating.

Breakfast was great.
Plenty towels.

Cons:

The furniture was worn and chunks of wood was missing on entertainment stand. The bathroom was so tiny we couldn't hardly dry off and get dressed in there. The floor above us was extremely loud. We were traveling, just passing through Hays. Stayed elsewhere week prior, paid $40 less and was better. Also, the shampoo was empty and the remote batteries didn't work. On line when booking, it appeared to be very nice, and seeing the billboards frequently, thought it would have been much nicer, disappointed.

The toilet , low to floor, and we had to keep removing the lid so it would fill up so we could flush. Needs new floats even in the downstairs one

Clean, slept well. Breakfast was a plus. Great local restaurant.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. Eggs, bacon and sausage were mainly what I ate. Room was clean and I slept well. The lemon water near the front desk was appreciated.

Cons:

The room where breakfast was served was very hot. Because the waffle irons heated the small room. The eggs could have been better. I eat gluten-free which reduced what I could eat.

Sleeping in Hays .
Pros:

It was just what I needed. Two beds，a big walk in shower and plenty of hot water.
Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
