Fantastic, relax stay in beautifull environment
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great breakfast with everyday variation. Nice for families, good and safe hiking possibilities. Quite area, nice pool and garden. Very spacious appartment.

Pros:

Great place, clean, comfortable and close to downtown.

Cons:

Everything was great, but if I could suggest something, be on time with breakfast. We were told it started at 9:00 it was well passed 9 and there were just taking the food out.

No está cerca del centro de Cholula,pero está en una de las mejores zonas residenciales y a un lado de un cerro para hacer senderismo,valor agregado

Jammer dat je niet vroeger dan 8u30 kon ontbijten (1 ochtend was het zelfs pas 9u30).

Lovely hotel with nature right outside the door
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, right on the edge of a mountain where they were trails you could hike up. Incredibly comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. Room was very large with a beautiful view of nature and the sound of insects outside the window. Good breakfast.

except señora Mine all the staff was useless, they dont respond to any phonecall, they take long on replying or coming to the room for anything we asked for, cleaners have the rugs disgusting, cleaners do not refill soaps, shampoo, body cream pots. The mini split and heater did not work. The coffee in a breakfast buffet took ages both days. they must advice that it's dangerous to walk around evening time, the the road is so lonely and dark.

Lindo hotel. Quarto espaçoso e super confortável. Jardim e piscina muito agradáveis. Melhor escolha na cidade!

Cons:

A demora no café da manhã... não podemos encostar no buffet enquanto ele não está 100% montado. Achei bem estranho. E estava sempre atrasado. Acho que poderiam deixar as pessoas irem se servindo enquanto terminam de montar...
O quarto não tem nenhuma vista e, pela manhã, tinha barulho de obra...
