except señora Mine all the staff was useless, they dont respond to any phonecall, they take long on replying or coming to the room for anything we asked for, cleaners have the rugs disgusting, cleaners do not refill soaps, shampoo, body cream pots. The mini split and heater did not work. The coffee in a breakfast buffet took ages both days. they must advice that it's dangerous to walk around evening time, the the road is so lonely and dark.

Lindo hotel. Quarto espaçoso e super confortável. Jardim e piscina muito agradáveis. Melhor escolha na cidade!

Cons:

A demora no café da manhã... não podemos encostar no buffet enquanto ele não está 100% montado. Achei bem estranho. E estava sempre atrasado. Acho que poderiam deixar as pessoas irem se servindo enquanto terminam de montar...
O quarto não tem nenhuma vista e, pela manhã, tinha barulho de obra...

Estancia agradable para desconectarse. Buen ambiente y relajado.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, ya está lo suficientemente alejada del ruido de la ciudad, como para darte la sensación de estar en medio de la nada. El desayuno tiene variedad y fue bueno en general.

Cons:

Hay detalles pequeños en la habitación que delatan el paso del tiempo: algunas manchas en los sillones y el portatallas del baño, que están mal fijados a la pared.

Todo bien, la habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa

Cons:

el cerrojo del cancel que da hacia atras de la habitación no funcionaba. La caja fuerte no funcionaba la cerradura. Ya no tienen pistola de aire ni plancha, antes tenian.

Uno de los aspectos que más nos sorprendió fue el servicio: pocas veces hemos encontrado un personal tan amable, atento y genuinamente preocupado por hacer que la estancia fuera cómoda. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Además, todo estuvo impecablemente limpio. De esas cosas que sí se notan: fue delicioso dormir entre sábanas que olían tan rico a limpio. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.

Espacio rodeado de naturaleza, con oportunidades de mejora en la atención

El espacio es hermoso, la ducha y los amenities excelentes, es un lugar muy tranquilo perfecto para descansar.

El hospedaje queda aproximadamente al 20 minutos en carro del centro de Cholula, al comienzo del cerro Zapotecas.

Cons:

El día de llegada nos informaron que el desayuno era desde las 8am y el día siguiente nos dijeron que era desde las 9am, teníamos un vuelo y no podíamos esperar, el personal no fue atento y no nos dieron ninguna solución sobre este error.
El agua de la ducha es un poco fría si te gusta el agua caliente
