No regresaría
Cons:

Me cobraron más de lo que decía la app de Booking. Y no hubo opción. Lo tuve que pagar.
Llegamos ya tarde, y hasta ese momento hicieron las camas. No había nada para cenar.
El desayuno estaba incluido. Nos dijeron que hasta a partir de las 8:30 am. Y cuando preguntanos por el desayuno, nos dijeron que hasta después de las 9:30. Nos molestamos y reclamamos y ya nos prepararon algo rápido. Pero en general muy mal el hotel. No regresaba.
Y hasta ahorita, no me han mandado mi factura.

Cons:

Les terrasses arrières des logements n’étaient pas bien rangés, beaucoup de choses étaient entassées, le personnel pas très sympathique et les petits déjeunés pas qualitatifs du tout.

Muchas felicidades a la Chef, tuvimos la oportunidad de comer un Rib eye, exquisito! .. y un salmón en cama de camote amarillo y mole, de verdad delicioso.

Cons:

Qué en la habitación hubiese más agua y que no retirarán los vasos y las tazas cuando hacen la limpieza!

Cons:

We arrived on a Thursday and we were told breakfast is served from 8:00–11:00, so for Saturday we booked our tour for 9:30am to have breakfast beforehand. As we showed up at 8:00am on Saturday, we were told weekend breakfast only starts after 9:30. We asked if we could have something small, but were told it wasn’t possible. We ended up waiting for our taxi until 9:30am, and even though some food already seemed to be ready , nothing was offered to us.

. Eines unserer schönsten Hotels auf der Mexicorundreise
Pros:

Schöne Oase, etwas abgelegen in einer wohl guten Gegend. Parken im Vorgarten vor dem Haus. Die Anlage ist ein Traumgarten. Hot Whirlpool, Saunahaus (leider nicht bei unserer Übernachtung und gewärmter Pool.
Frühstück sehr gut und im freien in der Sonne möglich.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Bei unserem Besuch konnten wir um 1600 noch etwas essen. Es gab allerdings nur Lachs mit Gemüse. Das Essen war allerdings lecker. Das Restaurant hat dann geschlossen. Es soll künftig auch am Abend geöffnet sein.
Frühstück leider spät, erst um 9 Uhr. Das ist für längere Tagesunternehmungen etwas spät.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay, but more aligned with a strong 4-star hotel than a true 5-star experience
Pros:

The mattress was extremely comfortable, the television was excellent with very good speakers, and the garden was beautiful. The room was very spacious with a large and well-designed bathroom. The staff was also very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The breakfast only included items listed on the menu, which was mainly omelette-based. If you ordered something like a hot chocolate with a croissant, it was charged as an extra. This was never clearly explained, which was disappointing — when booking a hotel with breakfast included, I do not expect to pay supplements for basic breakfast items.
Additionally, while the hotel is pleasant, it does not truly meet international 5-star standards. It feels closer to a high-end 4-star property rather than a genuinely luxurious experience.

Quizá ofrecer un poco de actividades sobre la ruta de senderismo que cuentan, pero todo increíble.
Pros:

La atención fue increíble, desde nuestra llegada la atención en recepción fue increíble, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, el clima, el agua en la regadera todo increíble.

Lo que respecta al desayuno tipo buffet, estuvo muy lindo, una experiencia muy amena.

El jardín y la alberca súper bien cuidados, si bien no hice uso de estos, el hotel te da un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad que sin duda recomendaría ampliamente la experiencia y volveré pronto para otro fin de semana

Cons:

El único “inconveniente” sería que solo te incluyen dos desayunos por habitación, sin embargo, el buffet, la atención, lo delicioso de la comida compensan ese “adicional” al costo de la noche.
