최대 중심가에 있고 대욕장이 무료인 호텔건물 내의 도미토리 숙소
Pros:

1. 위치: 버스터미널인 사무라마치 쿠마모토 인근 번화가인 시모토리 아케이드에서 가까움. 대부분 일본 내 도시가 버스터미널 보다는 JR이나 신칸센역이 최대 중심가인데 반해 쿠마모토는 버스터미널인 사쿠라마치 쿠마모토가 최대 중심가임. 오히려 쿠마모토역 주변은 상업용 오피스 빌딩 위주이고 대형, 중소형 호텔과 동키호테, 드럭스토어, 쇼핑몰은 사쿠라마치 주변에 몰려 있음. 번화가인 신사이가이아케이드와 시모토리아케이가 숙소 근처에 있으면 쿠마모토공항에서 공항버스 타고 사쿠라마치에서 내려서 숙소까지 도보로 이동 가능함. 트래블월렛카드로 현금인출 수수료 없이 일본 엔화 출금할 수 있는 AEON뱅크 ATM도 숙소 인근 시모토리아케이드 라인에 있는 COCOSA쇼핑몰 지하에 있음.

2. 시설: 일반적인 도미토리나 게스트하우스는 이층침대가 전면 또는 좌우가 막혀있지 않고 커튼으로 가리는 방식이거나 칸막이가 천장까지 있지 않고 중간까지만 있는데 반해 여기는 7-8층 되는 건물 전체가 호텔이고 6-8층을 일반객실이며 3-5층은 도미토리로 운영되는 형태임. 도미토리 내 침대는 플라스틱 소재로 만들어진 캡슐이어서 2층에서 삐그덕거리거나 주변 소음이 상대적으로 차단되는 형태임. 게다가 5층에 세탁기와 탈수기가 있고 1층에는 음료자판기와 커피자판기가 있으며, 2층에는 음식을 섭취할 수 있는 공간이 있고 압권인 것은 온천수인지는 확실하지 않으나 대욕장이 있어 수시로 이용할 수 있었음. 대욕장은 05-24까지 이용할 수 있음. 또한 대부분의 도미토리는 개인 락커가 룸안에 있어 소음 유발 요 인인데, 여기는 라커룸이 침실 공간과 별도로 있음.

3. 직원: 규모가 작은 도미토리는 밤 10시 이후에는 무인으로 운영되거나 키오스크나 태블릿을 이용한 셀프체크인 방식으로 운영되는데 반해, 여기는 여러 명의 직원들이 교대로 리셉션을 지키고 있으며 직원 부재중에 처리할 수 있도록 키오스크 셀프 체크인 방식도 병행함.

4. 청결: 실내복 상하의와 세면타월 샤워타월, 칫솔치약, 일회용면도기가 매일 제공되며, 침실은 오전 10시-오후3시 사이에는 사용할 수 없고 게스트를 모두 퇴실 시킨 후 공용공간 및 침실 청소를 진행함.

5. 가성비: 인근 지역을 통틀어 부킹닷컴 등 호텔예약사이트를 조허ㅣ하면 가장 가격이 저렴한 숙소임.

Cons:

自販機やトイレが無い階がある（別にエレベーターもあるからすぐ移動はできる）
あと、初見だと照明をつけるのに少し手間取った（テレビと目覚ましだけの操作盤だと思った）

いつも利用させていただいてます。寝るだけなら立地もサービスも大満足のお宿です。カプセルよりもプライベートルームのほうがスペースも広いし、満足度がさらに上がります。コスパが本当にいい！！サウナがあるのもポイント高いです。ヘアアイロンがあるうえにドライヤーもヘアアイロンもリファなのが最高！

今回、改修工事で大浴場が使えなかったのが残念でした。。、

Pros:

館内設備が非常に清潔で利用しやすかった。

Cons:

スタッフ（男性）が少し怪訝そうな表情で対応していた（イメージ：当たり前のこと聞くなよ・・・のような）。私への対応もだが、直前に困っていた女性客への対応が悪かった（浴場の場所をわからずにいて、実際に見ても男性はわかりやすいが女性浴場が少しわかりにくい印象を受けた）

良くないわけではないが、浴場のロッカーの施錠が可能か不明、カメラは設置できない箇所だと思うので、ロッカーの施錠がしやすい環境にしてほしい。もしかしたら鍵を借りれるかもしれないが、案内用紙にも記載がなく、今回はチェックインも23時ごろだったので急ぎ浴場を利用した。
