It was accommodating!
Pros:

Upon checking in I needed a cup of coffee really badly! The machine in m6 room was missing a piece that made it impossible to brew a cup. I spoke with the front desk clerk ( she was very helpful) brought a different machine 5hat required different “pods” than what we had , but she brought those as well. However, those pods did not work in the replacement machine, so the staff person had 5o go on the hunt again, this time she was successful. Thank goodness, my need for caffeine was in overdrive! Otherwise the staff was great, we didn’t get any tidying of our room or fresh towels for our3 days, 2 nights but we made due.

The location was great and clean

The he ice machine on the floor wasn’t worked and we had to go down to the first floor just to get ice .

It was decent. Can't expect too much due to the location and the area around it. Need free breakfast
Pros:

That I was back home in Tuscaloosa for a couple of days

Cons:

Shower and bathroom was not fully cleaned. Found hair in shower, bed pillows had dirt on them. Fridge wasnt cold, ice machine stopped making ice.

The a.c. Seemed to go out at night my second time staying there & experiencing that.
