All reservations using CASH, DEBIT CARD, and PREPAID (CashApp, Chime, Walmart, etc.) payment sources are required to provide a security deposit of $150 USD at check-in. Said deposit will be REFUNDED after inspection of the room at check-out, provided there are no missing items, smoke smell, or damage. We do refund as soon as inspection is complete. Any clearing time to return funds to your account is dependent solely upon the financial institution used.
We do accept a VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD on file in lieu of deposit.
When hotel is over 80% capacity, the first night will be charged to the card on file for all arriving reservations. If payment sources need to be changed at time of check-in, refunds can be processed to appropriate cards after payment for stay has been processed in full.
A VALID PHOTO ID and PHYSICAL COPY OF PAYMENT SOURCE are required at check-in.
Cardholder MUST be present at time of check-in and all payment source’s and ID’s names must match to process payment. If cardholder will not be present at check-in, additional paperwork authorization is required.
PET POLICY: All well-groomed, well behaved dogs and cats under 35 pounds (lbs.) are welcomed for $45 USD cleaning fee per Stay and $150 USD refundable security deposit. Only one pet per room is allowed. Pet must be leashed or carried and cannot be left alone in room unless in a carrier.
All guests are entitled to one PARKING spot per room. Any additional spaces are subject to a $5 USD additional fee and is purely subject to availability. No vehicles permitted longer than 20 ft.
CHECK-IN: Begin at 3:00 PM. Based on the availability, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional $35 USD fee.
CHECK-OUT: Concludes at 11:00 AM. Based on the expected capacity, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out for an additional $35 USD fee. Guests needing to stay past 3pm are subject to an additional night’s charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The receptionist I met at check in was a very lovely lady- friendly and helpful. When I asked to change rooms, she changed it immediately. The room was very nice and comfortable and the cleaners cleaned regularly. There was 24/7 coffee and hot drinks station. Waffle station at breakfast was great.
Breakfast is something I really look forward to when I go away but I wasn't too impressed with the breakfast. I don't understand why we had to use paper plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast. Not sure if it's a US hotel issue because even a 1 star hotel in the UK doesn't use paper plates, cups and cutlery.
There also wasn't a good variety at breakfast. There was cheese omelette one day or scrambled eggs the following day, hash brown, sausage or bacon. There were no vegetables (e.g. mushrooms) and the fruit selection was
bananas and apples. The breakfast just felt a bit basic to me compared to other hotels I've been in.

Awesome place to rest
The hotel was conveniently located near public transport, and the check-in process was quick and straightforward. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and the room had basic amenities like a TV that worked fine.
Parking wasn’t free, which added unexpected costs to my trip. The carpet in the room felt unhygienic and could use a deep clean or replacement. No slippers were provided, making it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. Overall, it’s just a basic hotel with no frills, but the biggest issue was the unsafe neighborhood—there were lots of drug addicts on the street, which made me feel uneasy especially at night.
Everything was nice and clean, the lobby smelled lovely when we walked in. Our room was spacious. The free breakfast was very nice. The location was a bit out of the was but not a big deal since we had our car (parking was an additional $7 per day).

Substantially Below Average hotel with a very very scammy additional charge, just to park in their own hotels parking lot, which is clearly just an additional way to grab a bit of extra money out of your pocket in a completely disreputable manner. Traffic around this hotel is very dangerous, and the neighborhood itself also feels very unsafe. The night we stayed here, there was constant police activity in this area, as well as both in the hotels parking lot and in the hotel itself, which smelled strongly of weed, and was definitely not a great experience. While it was a convenient spot to stay for our Tampa cruise departure, it is definitely not an option that I would ever take again as the negatives of this property greatly outweighed any conveniences and/or benefits that its proximity to the port, and somewhat lower than average price provided. Breakfast provided was only fair, and nothing special either.
Pro: Great value for the price. The staffs are very friendly. The bed is very comfortable for this price. Con: Parking is extra charge. The facility is out of date. Vents don't work in the bathrooms.
Not a great area. Had to pay for parking which came as a surprise. The room was clean but there was a bad smell in the lobby overlaid with disinfectant and the elevator smelled awful. Breakfast was not good, coffee was undrinkable. At least it was not overly expensive and the location was convenient.
