Pros:

Perfect location; next to the train and bus stations. Clean and tidy. Reasonable quiet and good facilities.

Cons:

The check in process was a bit messy. I communicated in advance that I would be arriving at 10am and asked if I could leave my 1 bag there and check in later. I was told that this was no problem. On arrival, a cleaner and another person were leaving and locking up. The man spoke some English and he said that I can only (self) check in at 13:00. I returned at 16:30 and due to the confusing check in screen instructions, I had to call to receive my entry code.

Pros:

Die Lage beim Hauptbahnhof ist toll. Bus-und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in der Nähe.
Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend..
Das Einchecken war problemlos und das Frühsück reichlich.

Cons:

Leider ist das Fenster (Zi.15) nicht schallisoliert und schließt nicht richtig.Man hat jedes kleinste Geräusch von draußen gehört.
Die Dusche ist renovierungsbedürftig.
