Comfortable economic stay with good self catering facilities
Pros:

Comfortable and well equipped - washing machine, small kitchen, bathroom that doubles as a drying room (which was fantastic!). The staff were kind and helpful where they could be e.g. printing documents and storing luggage.

Cons:

The rain falling on the metal gutters/air conditioning units outside was very loud, maybe worse because we were on the ground floor I don’t know. One or two things didn’t work while we stayed - a few sockets and a leaky toilet - but they were fixed quickly. Hotel sometimes ran out of umbrellas that you could borrow - seems like an easy fix to have enough for all guests. Rooms are pretty tight for space.

Stanza ampia e pulita, letti abbastanza comodi. Cucina ben attrezzata. Climatizzatore che permette di controllare in modo preciso la temperatura della stanza. Posizione comoda agli autobus per raggiungere la maggior parte dei punti di interesse. Volendo camminare, in mezz’ora è possibile essere nella zona di Sannenzaka e Ninenzaka.

Good value for money, oke for short stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Spacious room and washing machine, good value for money

Cons:

Rude staff at reception. We arrived just 10 minutes before check in time and they panicked about this. Room also had a smokers smell.

Tener opción a cocina y lavadora

Cons:

No limpiaron bien, faltaba de todo el la cocina y tuve que estar pidiendo platos, bowls, cuchillos...
Algunos clientes fumaban en los balcones y era muy incómodo

4泊5日だったので、部屋に洗濯機があり、お風呂場で乾かせるのが本当に良かった。キッチンも付いてて部屋も広くて、また泊まりたいと思った。

La posizione a 15min a piedi da Gion e Pontocho e con davanti la fermata dell'autobus. Letto comodo e lavatrice funzionale.

I servizi offerti dallo staff come la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in e farsele recapitare direttamente in camera. La posizione è ottima vicino alla fermata del bus, a piedi si possono raggiungere diversi locali e negozi nei dintorni.

Cons:

Le dimensioni della camera non permettono di aprire due valigie contemporaneamente, ma tutto in linea con gli standard giapponesi
