Pros:

At this location, the a/c filters were very clean. I have c.o.p.d. and at other locations, the filters are always dirty no matter the hotel brand.

Great staff but dirty
Pros:

The staff was very friendly n helpful and the room was spacious with lots of amenities.

Cons:

It was not very clean at all. I had a blood stain on my pillow case that was right next to my 5 month old baby's face. There was a knife under the bed that my son found and the water in the pool was disgusting. The algae in there was clumped over the drain.

So dirty
Pros:

Immediately upon entering, I noticed the lobby floor was dirty. I was concerned because if this was how the lobby floor looked and thebdesk person didnt care, then how much didthey care about the rooms? The hallway floors were in dire need of a carpet shampoo and were beyond disgusting. My hopes for a clean room quickly diminished.
I entered the room and made the mistake of opening the window. Mistake, because the light hit the headboards highlighting the head grease from previous people. The ottoman also had white crust running down the sides. The carpet smells. In the bathroom, my towel got pushed a little under the sink and when I pulled it out, a tuft of hair came with it. It was not ours. And then I made the mistake of looking at the floor on the side of the sink and there's some yellow slimy grime.
The only positives are that they offer free breakfast. My omelette tasted like it absorbed the refrigerator smells. So maybe not a total positive. The other positive is the location. Its close to everything and some good restaurants and businesses close by and you can walk there.

Ok but not great- staff not helpful when power wasn’t restored after outage

Power outage then power never returned to half our room. This was never addressed by staff even though we reported it twice.

The kitchen

Cons:

Bedding was terrible. Didn't fit the bed. Didn't cover us, went to the edge of the bed only, not past to be able to have two people underneath! Looked like a bed skirt, not covering.
