Best place to stay anywhere
Pros:

Honestly, Homes2suites is probably my favorite hotel to stay at for cheer comps now. Its always clean, comfortable, and the staff always have anything you need and are more than helpful.

Cons:

I cant remember anything. We needed more pillows and towels and all we had to do was ask. This place is great. 👍

Nice for a short stay
Pros:

Location was the reason we chose this hotel

Cons:

Our sheets were old and the elastic was wore down and the sheets kept coming off I told the clerk and show him a picture of he seemed to be indifferent

The family and I enjoyed our stay. We had enough space, it was clean and easy to get around the city
Cons:

We would of liked to have gotten more towels, soaps, conditioners without having to call and ask for them since it was 6 of us.

Pros:

All relatively new and good suite set up with kitchenette

Cons:

Staff was not helpful on check-in, breakfast was not well stocked and they ran people out the minute after 0900

I wanted to rack up my Hilton Honours points but had some issues with the digital key and some smell in my room
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Not a safe place. Anyone can just enter and come to your room. I think some level of security at the lifts is required.

Feels almost like an apartment
Pros:

I love the kitchen in my room. Full size fridge & microwave. The layout was very roomy. Breakfast was nicer than other places. The lobby was very inviting and they had places to sit outside as well.

Cons:

Only thing was the shower head was a little too high so my short 4'8" self couldn't adjust the water but my husband did.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Very close to family. Friends and restaurants. The kitchenette was perfect for a long stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Although hotel was close to the freeway there were no traffic sounds.

Cons:

There were 2 elevators but only one was operational. It was very slow. We were on the 5th floor and sometimes it took awhile for the elevator to arrive. Also there was no decaf coffee at the breakfast bar.

No extra sheets for pull out as they said there would be, also found someone eyelash on the floor ,made me wonder if room cleaned.
Room service shows up early :( not even close to check out time .

The latch on bathroom door was broken and couldn’t keep door closed for privacy.
The ABC channel didn’t work so we couldn’t watch the Oklahoma-Alabama football game.
Reported both problems upon checkout
