Good Property but unhelpful and rude staff

Shower didn't work and I ask 3 times for someone to help . No response

Beauty came with a price for comfort, cleanliness and luxury
Pros:

Property is Beachfront, with an amazing sea view from the balcony and the pool and dining area. Pool is Nicely Kept.
Staff Very smiling and friendly giving a warm vibe.

Cons:

Property chose to disappoint us in many ways -
1. Wifi is not available in rooms, only in the reception common area.
2. Rooms are cleaned and reset only once in 3 days, this is such a negative for a beachfront property. One walk to the beach and we get sand back to the room, and it doesn't get cleaned until the next 2 days.
3. Rooms being unclean, the refills of coffee and tea also happens once in 3 days.
4. Bathroom doesn't have exhaust leaving the bathrooms wet and damp all the time.
5. Lighting in the room and bathroom is extremely poor and dull, giving it an extremely dull ambience lighting.
6. Breakfast options are limited to choices of eggs, bread, sausage and fruits and anything else you need comes at a price. We called for cheese omelette and we were charged - 1680 LKR / 6 $ additional.
7. Location is far from all major restaurants and happening places - tuktuk ride of 250 to 280 LKR / 1 $ to 1.5 $
8. All the above at an above average room tariff

Schönes sauberes Zimmer, Gepflegtes Hotel, es wird auf die Vermeidung von Plastik geachtet, leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Frühstück etwas wenig, vor dem Hotel kann man nicht ins Meer da es zu gefährlich ist mit den unterströhmungen, Mittags kein Essen möglich da zu wenig Personal, dafür ist der Preis relativ hoch.

Pros:

Hôtel face à la plage, jolie plage avec de beaux sunsets.

Cons:

Les chambres familiales sont situées côté route - très passante et bruyante, donc impossible de dormir avant minuit et réveil à partir de 4h avec les bus - camions et Klaxons! Un désastre…

Chambre avec une très forte odeur d’égout et sale : salle de bain avec des traces marrons sur les murs (excréments très probablement): aucune excuse de la part de la réception et la personne s’est montré très désagréable..

Enfin nous avons attendu presque 1h pour manger le soir au restaurant de l’hôtel, commande incomplète (il manquait bien sûr des choses!)

Ich war das erste mal, seit ich bei euch gebucht habe sehr enttäuscht 🫣

Nur die Nähe zum Strand

Cons:

Der Preis entspricht bei weitem nicht der Qualität, Wenn in euren Angaben explizit gestanden hätte das es kein WLAN im Zimmer gibt und das dieses Hotel ein reines Kinder Hotel ist, hätte ich zu 100% ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Pros:

Очень красивый вид, особенно вечером, тихий спокойный отель на 10 номеров.
Персонал очень вежливый, дружелюбный.
Когда заселились, перед отелем гулял маленький варан, и бурундуки периодически бегали.
Нам все понравилось, оставались на 2 дня.
Проездом.

Cons:

В номере жалюзи блюкаут были сломаны на одном окне - постоянно закрыты, из-за этого темно было, пришлось приспособить, чтобы открыть . С учётом того, что в номерах нет люстр для полноценного освещения, а только бра, вечером полумрак, первый раз вижу отель с таким освещением.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights at At Ease Beach Hotel as two families with children, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and great for families. We all felt relaxed and well taken care of , a stay we truly enjoyed.

Pros:

Härligt läge precis vid stranden. Bra frukost, sköna solstolar och leksaker att låna för lek i poolen. Vi hade ett familjerum mot gatan (med mycket trafik).

Cons:

Sängarna var lite hårda.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön direkt am Strand mit Pool. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht ist es sehe ruhig, obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es lädt zu schönen Strandspaziergängen ein. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat sehr wenig Licht. Wlan hat es nur im unteren Bereich, unter Wlan inklusive werben ist etwas irreführend.

Very relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast lunch and dinner options were great and delicious. Verandah looking out to the ocean excellent - pool was good but we mostly swam in the ocean right in front (surf was a bit big and dangerous when we were there but we are experienced Ausie swimmers and surfers so can cope with rips etc). Bed and room very comfy spacious and clean. Water bubbler in the dining area so you can help yourself topping up your water bottles. Shops and other restaurants a short 10 minute walk either by beach or road.

Cons:

Wifi not so good. Had to sit in the reception area to get a little bit of wifi (and still a bit hit and miss). None in the room, pool area or dining area.

Direkt am Strand. Kein langer Fahrtweg mit dem TukTuk ins Stadtzentrum. Gutes Restaurant (Mum's Kitchen) direkt fußläufig erreichbar. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Einladender Pool. Schöne Sunset View. Wasserspender für Trinkwasser.
Spielecke für Kinder.

Cons:

Personal war freundlich, aber langsam im Service . Ein etwas einfaches und unspektakuläres Frühstück.
Keine Lüftung im Bad und wenn man sein Zimmer gereinigt haben wollte oder neue Handtücher brauchte, musste man es gleich morgens absprechen.
Das Spielzeug für die Kinder hätten mal eine Reinigung nötig.
