Cons:

The photos do not reflect the reality of the place. There is extremely high humidity, mould in different areas, and the renovation is scratched and worn out.

The air conditioner blows directly into your face, so naturally it is impossible to use it at night without risking getting sick.

Would I come here a second time? No. Only if the price were ten times lower than what I paid.

Ubicación y limpieza fatal.

Dont get confused by price, its not a hotel! Its touristic suites on a shit hole and unsafe area.
Very difficult access system. It hardly words and you are waiting outside in an unsafe area while there is no phone customer service, praying to have a WhatsApp answer which is a standard copy paste asking to send a video of why it doesnt work. Smoking smell in the bedroom and hairs in the toilet , floor and walls.

A quiet room in the buzzling city
Pros:

1. Location: just in the middle between El Prat airport and the next hotel where I had to move. Easy access by metro + short walk. 2. Lots of cafees and small shops in the area. 3. Clean bed, high quality textiles. 4. Clean room. 5. Lovely patio (that I didn't really use because I had to work). 6. High speed wi-fi. 7. Friendly staff (the lady that helped me to connect to the wi-fi, because otherwise I could not receive the entry code). 8. Iron board and iron. 9. Mini bar (included in the room rate). 10. Electric kettle, cups, tea bags in the room. 11. Coffee machine with real coffee!!! 12. Blackout curtains.

Cons:

I was nervous in the beginning, because it was my first apartment & digital key (code) experience ever. But it turned out well.

Немного тесноватый номер, холодильник в комнате работал с перебоями постоянно отключался. Местонахождение не плохое во круге есть всё что нужно магазины и рестораны но далековато от центра и от достопримечательностей

Pros:

Per il prezzo è stata la migliore soluzione che ho trovato che includeva un bagno privato. Bagno gigante se rapportato al resto della stanza, scelta discutibile, avrei volentieri rinunciato a metà della doccia pur di avere un posto dove appoggiare le valigie. Forniscono un asciugamano grande e uno piccolo a persona, e tutto il necessario per lavarsi, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e phon.
Nella stanza c'è un piccolo frigo, in cui regalano mezzo litro di acqua e una lattina di birra a persona (almeno nel nostro caso). Ci sono anche una macchinetta del caffè ed un bollitore, con capsule, bustine di tè e zucchero, ma non capisco il motivo di metterli qui visto il poco spazio. Nell'area comune è infatti disponibile una piccola cucina, che non ho utilizzato se non per alcune cose come i tovaglioli, utili per la cena ordinata con Glovo.
La zona non è male, un po' lontana dal centro di Barcellona ma comunque ben collegata, due fermate della metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi e un bus sulla via parallela. Ci sono dei bar e locali carini nei dintorni e le strade sono ben illuminate.
NOTA: non ci sarà nessuno ad attendervi, vi verrà mandato un link via messaggio per fare il self check-in e pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Potrete comunicare con i gestori via WhatsApp, in genere mi hanno sempre risposto in tempo reale.

Cons:

La stanza è molto piccola, c'è poco spazio per appoggiare valigie/zaini o appendere vestiti e giubbotti. Ci sono problemi di umidità, per fortuna c'è il condizionatore che aiuta. Le serrature elettroniche non mi ispirano fiducia, non ho avuto problemi col PIN indicatomi (oltretutto, siamo sicuri sia univoco solo per me?), ma per esempio la serratura della stanza deposito bagagli diceva "battery low"...
Purtroppo insonorizzazione assente, si sentono le persone passare nel corridoio, entrare ed uscire, o andare in bagno.
Dietro la porta c'è un regolamento, viene indicato un servizio di "Quick refresh" della stanza gratuito, con cambio asciugamani incluso. Beh, nonostante gli abbia scritto la mattina e posto fuori dalla porta il cartello... al rientro gli asciugamani erano a terra come da istruzioni, e nessuno era passato per cambiarli. Non c'è stato modo di risolvere nella sera stessa (per cui mi sono dovuto arrangiare con gli asciugamani "rimasti" per la doccia) ma la mattina dopo alle 9 c'era già la signora delle pulizie e hanno sistemato.

The location was the only nice thing and the room looked clean upon arrival.

Cons:

Did not like the automated check in and communication from staff was quite late and unclear. The atmosphere felt very impersonal with no staff around, a weird smell in the corridors, very small rooms with a weird patio that doesn't open to anything.
