Our check in was delayed from 3pm until 5pm due to a “cleaning crew error” and we were only notified at 2pm. This made us late for a concert we paid a lot of money for. The customer service couldn’t help us, told us they would have it done as quickly as possible and message as soon as it was ready and they messaged past 6pm. The water shut off the next morning at around 11am. The bedsheets were stained with black marks. There was mould in the corners of the room. The AI automated voice that responds when you call was completely incorrect. The room was dirty - the floors, sink etc. There was an all round feel of unsafety with the code accesses.

Da designer con la passione per i viaggi e la costante bolgia di arredare le case, mi permetto di suggerire alcuni piccoli miglioramenti (realizzabili con un budget super minimo) che renderebbero il soggiorno di qualsiasi ospite molto più confortevole con un sorriso sdi 5 stelle.
​Premetto che la camera era molto piccola con letto alla francese per due persone e un passaggio stretto per il bagno, ma nonostante questo in due siamo stati comodamente. Sarebbero stati utili un paio di ganci a muro per appendere le giacche (l'armadio attuale, con la mensola centrale, non permetteva di appendere nessuna giacca, nemmeno corta) e un piccolo piano d'appoggio o mensola ( su cui poggiare le cose) magari richiudibile per non ingombrare spazio.
Nel bagno consiglio un bicchiere in cui riporre spazzolini e dentifricio in modo ordinato, senza doverli lasciare sparsi sulla mensola sopra il rubinetto.
Suggerisco di inserire ​due piccoli sgabelli anche impilabili per non dover poggiare le valigie a terra sul pavimento.
Avrei preferito avere uno o due cuscini extra, invece di averne solo due di consistenza opposta (uno troppo gonfio e uno troppo sottile).

Il patio e il fatto che x quello che ho pagato in tre notti hanno lasciato solo 2 capsule di caffè e nel bagno la profumazione era finita da un po'

It was completely horrible. Nothing was what was promised or described. Impossible to get in room
Liked · Nothing. It was a nightmare trying to get the code for the front door. This property required a QR code. We didn’t have the ability to send the QR. You have to complete it all before you get access. The QR was the only thing left. After many calls the AI person transferred my to speak to a real person. After explaining the situation she disconnected the call. It took another person to finally give us access. We checked in late. But the housekeeper knocked on our door before 11am check out time. She stood outside the door waiting For us to leave. I had to finish packing up in the hall.
Disliked · Checking in. I asked for an early check in. The room was ready and could have easily granted our request. It was 1530 when we walked in our room. We spent over almost 2 hours to get access our room. The room is so small. You can’t walk around the bed to get to the bathroom if two people are staying. Misleading about the kitchenette. Refrig didn’t get cold in the room. It was horrible.

There were some technical issues with the booking, but this was very minor. In my room there was no exterior window, which wasn't too bad...

La habitación era muy pequeña y se escuchaba cada vez q entraba alguien por la puerta.
El baño huele a tuberías a pesar de tener un ambientador.
