Pleasant staff and a well-maintained hotel
Pros:

Spacious clean room with very comfortable beds. Although we were close to the elevator (our choice) there was absolutely no noise and the high floor we requested gave some very interesting views.

Charging for parking is ridiculous especially when most of the parking is reserved for disabled (people who get phony tags); EVs; or there members with more status

The Bar700 has the ambiance of a middle school cafeteria. It’s a big open space that is loud due to design and very cold. The bar is a long counter. The menu is uninspiring

That there was no other breakfast besides the breakfast buffet and it was just too much for me to eat so you would have to pay the whole price just to get a cup of coffee and a small Muffin.
