Front Desk employees were amazing; room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was above and beyond. Pool was nice and clean; gym was nice too.

Cons:

*Coffee: I was a little disappointed that coffee was not available through-out the day. In the restaurant we were told both times in the evening that they would NOT make a pot of coffee as it stops at 11:30am. I was told at night "We will not just make a pot of coffee for 1 person, and we can walk over to the gas station next door as they have coffee. Unacceptable and not good customer service when it comes to that.
*Breakfast: I wish they offered a la cart as well... $22.00 per person for a buffet if someone just wants a muffin or oatmeal is crazy. I think they would get more business that way.
*Jacuzzi was broken...closed down

Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable . I went to the BTS concert, and it was very convenient to have a free shuttle to the stadium.

Cons:

Could have more options at the restaurant, as there's no other groceries or eateries nearby.

MY NEW TAMPA BUSINESS HOTEL
Pros:

I enjoyed my two-week stay at this hotel located minutes from Tampa airport. It was a comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Used the amenities like the gym and pool. There's a bar/restaurant onsite that serves Indian food. I was able to walk to the Mall International Plaza or Westshore Plaza in the opposite direction and there are many restaurants on Westshore Blvd and the Famous Charley's Steakhouse is a hop skip and a jump. Thank you for accommodating

Cons:

They do charge a daily rate for parking. It's understandable because the lot has limited spaces compared to other hotels in the area.

Que cuando llegue no estaba el cuarto limpio la muchacha nos dijo que teníamos que esperar y tal fue que tuvimos que ir a ver que pasaba porque la gente llegaban y a nosotros no nos atendían parece que la muchacha se le olvidó que estábamos esperando pero por lo demás todo bien el personal muy amable
