Loved the stay. I needed the relaxation and to have a good meal.
Pros:

I liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel. Very convenient. Good food good staff!

Fine for a couple of nights if you’re on your own.
Pros:

Close to the airport. Rooms were very clean (I had two rooms over my stay). Housekeeping were keen to be of assistance even with a language barrier as the two I met only speak Spanish. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are well equipped for the stay, plenty of towels, tea and coffee etc. There was a large desk in the bedroom for me to work at.

Cons:

I had to move room on day 2 of 4 nights because the AC sounded like a truck and couldn’t be fixed. Unfortunately the staff offered no assistance at all moving rooms other than giving me a new key.

The maintenance and house keeping staff which were sent to my room speak no English at all. I assume reception who sent them would know this and be prepared to translate.

The gym cross trainer was quite dirty. Strange as the rest of the hotel seemed pristine.

The TV in the room lets you plug in a HDMI but if you plug in an Apple TV for some reason the sound is on 100% and cannot be reduced. The staff were aware of the issue but just said it doesn’t work. I got around this by using my AirPods.

Buena ubicación si vas al estadio
Pros:

Tiene una buena ubicación si vas al estadio a algún evento.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que hubiera agua de cortecía al menos al llegar. También que en nuestro caso debimos cancelar una noche y no fueron anuentea a hacer el cambio a pesar de solicitarlo con tiempo de anticipación.

Cons:

The hotel itself was clean and the property looked well‑maintained, but our experience was disappointing considering how much we paid. Because of the BTS concert, the room prices were extremely high, and we booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. However, when my mom arrived first, the hotel gave her a room with only one bed.

When I arrived and spoke with the front desk, I was told that the room details shown in my reservation were “wrong” and that the two‑bed room was even more expensive than what we had already paid. Despite the mistake not being ours, we were still placed in a one‑bed room and had to share a single bed the entire stay, which was uncomfortable and not what we booked.

What made it worse is that we were not offered any refund or compensation for the downgrade. For the price we paid, we expected the room we reserved or at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

Not having 2 beds in my hotel room that I thought I was getting- through 3rd party booking, I had a confirmed reservation for two beds, not one. My BTS friend and I shared the bed.

Pleasant staff and a well-maintained hotel
Pros:

Spacious clean room with very comfortable beds. Although we were close to the elevator (our choice) there was absolutely no noise and the high floor we requested gave some very interesting views.
