Extrem langwieriges Check-in / sehr schlechtes Frühstück für 28 CHF
Pros:

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Nerviger Check-in, welcher rd. 15 Minuten dauerte, obwohl dem Hotel alle Informationen vorlagen. Sehr schlechtes Frühstück (keine Brötchen und wenig Auswahl für 28 CHF Aufpreis). Das Hotel regelt die Heizung maximal herunter, weshalb man als Hotelgast im Zimmer friert. Auf den Zimmern befinden sich mittlerweile auch keine Zahnputzbecher
mehr.

Good location, great room overall, except the bathroom. I would also prefer better personnel instead of too much digital
Pros:

The location was great. The room was well insulated and you couldn’t hear any noise from thw hallway or from outside, which is rare in most hotels. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a bit overdigitalized. You arrive after a long trip and you need to do the checkin with a computer which you don’t know hit it works. We tried, but then the reservation was not found so a human needed to stepin anyway. The heating in my parents room was not working because of a faulty sensor and we needed to speak 5 times with personnel to get a heater (we got one after many many hours). Another small issue is with the glass bathroom, it does not insulate any noise so it’s a bit strange when you go to the toilet and others are in the room.

Excelente opción para ir por trabajo a Zurich.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, habitación muy bien insonorizada, cama cómoda, fácil check in y check out, buen lugar de co work para tener reuniones. Destaco particularmente la atención de Nuria en recepción, muy atenta y brindando soluciones.
