Family vacation to Zurich
Pros:

Those familiar with CitizenM will find the rooms slightly larger than the US version. The location is a 10 minute walk from Train Station w/ luggage. Good security, with key card scanner for elevator and off each floor lobby.

Cons:

Again, for those familiar with CitizenM, the restaurant buffet had a little less variety than some other locations. Seating was somewhat awkward for dining and more arranged for the many business meetings which happen there. The whole idea of the chain is self service. While service is there and very good, you will need to seek it out.

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel is now my first choice for my regular business trips to Zurich
Pros:

The location is excellent - very central and a short walk to the train station. The hotel itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities you would expect and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

This is the worst designed hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed is against the window so you have to crawl over your bed mate. There is a large wooden piece at the end of the bed that takes up all the additional space. The soap smells terrible. I will never sta at a Citizen M again.
