The sink is outside the toilet which is a bit inconvenient, and towels fell off the hooks easily

It was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable and I felt safe and secure.
Pros:

Loved the high tech room and how comfortable I felt. The two shower heads were great.

Cons:

The tv would randomly turn on in the middle of the night even with the sleep mode selected on the ipdad.

Chambre petite mais confortable

Cons:

Personnel pas à la hauteur. Chambre pas faite à 17h. linge de bain réclamé mais non mis à disposition alors que la demande a été acceptée. Oreillers supplémentaires, promis, mais non mis à disposition également. buffet de petit déjeuner quelconque, indigne d’un quatre étoiles. impression globale : dortoir avec cantine au lieu d’un quatre étoiles à Zurich. je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement.
