I will definitely come back
Pros:

Randall was so helpful and caring. We stayed for a weekend visit and he was able to assist moving our reservation during the storm. Thanks for the five star service and the extra cookies. We appreciate your kindness.

Cons:

Parking was expensive and terrible (small, dingy lot) $40 for a single night. Hotel/room was not great for the price. They charge for absolutely everything. $30 per person, if you want to eat their breakfast. No sound proofing between rooms, can hear your neighbors breathing.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel! Checking was seamless, my room was spacious, the water pressure was heavenly. I had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were delicious with excellent service. Will definitely be staying there on my next trip to Philadelphia.

Favorite Philadelphia hotel
Pros:

Recently renovated hotel with amazing staff located in downtown Philadelphia. Based on the unique architecture it appears every room has great views. This has become my go-to hotel when staying in Philadelphia.

Across the street from the Academy of Music.

Cons:

Outside noise was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel until well after 2:00 AM. The street noise was awful - honking horns, revving engines, yelling, car alarms, loud car stereos, etc. I know a hotel cannot help what is happening outside their premises. However, since I have never experienced this kind of continuous, loud noise anywhere else I have stayed (including NYC, London, LA, Phnom Penh, Washington DC, Bangkok), I have to conclude that either the design of the windows - they were very large - or the quality of the materials are contributing to the dreadful lack of sound management. It was nice to have large, angled windows for the view, but the lack of sleep definitely was not worth it. In addition, the hotel needs sprucing up, the room definitely had seen better days.

very disappointed with this visit we have had positive experiences previously with Hilton Doubletre

Philadelphia Flower Show!
Pros:

What a great location! Nzinga greeted me on arrival. Seeing that my room was not available, she looked for a comparable room and I was able to check in before noon. Nzinga is still in training, but you wouldn’t know it by her warm greeting and by her efficiency. When I got to the room, it was stupendous! Thank you very much, Hilton; I’ll be back soon.
