Défaut de ménage dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Savon fondu et collé près du lavabo, toilettes pas nettoyées. Sûrement un oubli…

Die Lage war Ok, das Hotel an sich ist wenn man herein kommt ansprechend, eigene Parkgarage. Smart Tv. Die Zimmerschnitte waren sehr ansprechend, kostenloses Zitronenwasser 24 Std. in der Lobby. Personal war professionell und neutral freundlich.
Metro und Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer Modernisierung. Teppichboden stellenweise beschädigt/verunreinigt. Badewanne beschädigt und stellenweise am rosten. Duscharmatur ohne Bedienungsanleitung nicht zu bedienen, Wasserdruck gerade so OK. Tresor trotz versuchter Instandsetzung durch Haustechnik defekt.
