Pros:

It’s centrally located close to a lot of attractions. The view from my room was amazing:)

Cons:

This is my 2nd time staying here and just like last time bath tub had some rust stain, guessing maybe this is because building is older but they really should look at renovating some of these rooms bath tubs in my opinion or getting the rust stains out at least. Also I wish my door dash orders could be bought to my room but hotel didn’t allow that.

Central location to most Philadelphia sites and museums.
Pros:

Location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. Dinner in restaurant was good and easy after a long tired day. Street noise was surprisingly minimal after 11pm.

Cons:

Check in staff were very rude and seemed like I was bothering them. Considering this is what sets the tone for the stay, I was already disappointed. Room was okay, but the towels were dirty with what seemed like someone else's makeup. The toilet stopped working several times and I had to take the top off to fix it every time. Overall I did not feel this room was worth what I paid.

Pros:

The view from my room was amazing. I liked getting a warm cookie upon arrival and the 2 complimentary water bottles in my room being a Hilton rewards member. The message on tv welcoming me was nice.

Cons:

I ordered room service the founders basket. My muffin wasn’t warmed up and my room didn’t have a microwave for me to warm it up. I didn’t get any butter to go with it as well. I didn’t receive any condiments for my coffee such as cream and sugar which I called to get along with inquire about my missing fruit cup and granola to go on my yogurt because it was supposed to be a parfait and I was told menu changed and the founders basket isn’t like that anymore which I felt they needed to change that because menu was misleading because it listed all that and I thought I was paying for all that. They did bring me fruit cup though, no granola for yogurt though so I could make parfait. The room service menu needed some work. Also the tub had rust stains.
