Air conditioner wasn’t working and we kept being told it would be fixed soon. After 2 days of misery and being lied to the staff was super rude. I was told by one manager we would get a refund and are now having to go through our credit card company because they didn’t keep their word.

Otel merkezi yerde. Gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odamız oldukça geniş ve şehir manzaralıydı. Yatak, çarşaf ve havlular temizdi. Yataklar ve yastıklar rahattı. Odada kahve makinesi ve ikram su vardı, bu gayet iyi. Çok rahat ettik, kahvaltı almadık. Makul fiyatta olsaydı mutlaka tercih ederdik, restorantı çok şık. Otel içinde bir de mini market var. Ayrıca müşteri ilişkilerinde bir Türk ile karşılaşmak çok hoştu. Kendisi bize çok yardımcı oldu, teşekkür ediyoruz.
Klima sistemi iyi çalışıyor fakat çok eski bir teknoloji olduğu için gürültü yapıyor. Yine de bizim için büyük bir problem değildi.

Interior seemed a total mismatch, room was clise to the elevator so heard rumbling the whole time

Lack of in room microwave, unfortunately someone's undergarments were left under the bed from a previous stay
The location was excellent and staff was very friendly. Parking was very good as well in garage next door.
The buffet breakfast was pretty rough. With 2 kids and myself we spent $80 with tip and then ended up going to eat elsewhere. We were there around 8 so though food would be ok, but everything was pretty crusty and seemed a bit past its prime.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful despite how busy it was and the hotel was in a great location. They resolved my issue with kindness and understanding.
The biggest issue was a mouse being in our room, which was discovered our last night there. There were some other concerns that were shrugged off, but were clearly a foreshadowing of what was coming. The hotel had a bad smell from the lobby to the hotel floors, but that might be a Philly thing, because the sewer water smell was often smelled outside as well. Our room was in need of repair/maintenance…a part of the ceiling looked as though it had water damage, but wasn’t repaired properly and looked as if it would crumble and fall at any moment. The shower faucet dripped constantly despite it being turned off and the A/C sounded like a plane landing when it came on.
