A nice comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is great. So many good restaurants and bars in walking distance, subway literally right out the front door
Breakfast buffet was good

Cons:

Some maintenance problems that were dealt with immediately when I brought them up. I didn’t mention to them that the shower had some minor cleanliness issues

I stayed there for a World Cup match, and the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The location was excellent, near everything you need to see and very well connected. The hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly throughout our entire stay. The hotel was fully prepared for the event.

Cons:

Everything was great, but you should be advised that the nearest metro stop is dirty and not very well maintained. Breakfast was more expensive than in other places. Besides that i will recommend this hotel 100%

Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

Wonderful experience at the DoubleTree in Philadelphia Center City. Usually I travel to town for business, but this trip was special for me as it was my spouse’s birthday. We were warmly arrived by Janee at the reception desk. She remembered me from previous trips and really went out of her way to make my spouse feel special.

Our stay was magical and everything we needed was taken care of. We’re not a picky couple, but it was really nice to ask anyone for help and get fantastic recommendations for dinner or an evening out.

I love this hotel and the people there even more. Thank you Janee for being the person I look forward to seeing on each and every trip!
