Cons:

When we arrived to check in at 5:15pm our room was not ready due to a pipe bursting. I understood things happen, but a phone call to let us know what was going on would have been nice.

Always top notch experience
Pros:

We stay here 4-5 times in the fall. Always a great experience. Valet guys, like Tim B, are courteous and professional. Rooftop is amazing and downtown is always buzzing. Very walkable to stadium and a plethora of dining establishments.
