Great location. Beautiful hotel. Bagel and coffee shop in lobby and rooftop bar. Room was very clean and spacious. Pay for valet or use the public parking (free on weekends) just a block away. Zero complaints!
Beautiful foyer and bar area at this location! The managers reception was a nice touch. Stay off of the second floor if you value a view. The room was updated and nicely decorated. The upkeep was not so much to that standard. My window had a huge crack in it, the chair needed repair, and the curtains had been slashed across the fabric. These were all things that could have easily been addressed by someone, but were just left to take away from the whole experience. The pool area is dark, humid, and gloomy. Vibrant is not a word I would use to describe it, and good luck finding a towel. Remember to bring your own from your room. The breakfast kept running out of items.

The price wasn’t great, we managed to find a better hotel for cheaper. One of the cleaning staff was in the bathroom of our room and gagging like it was good to mock.
Super nice hotel. Friendly staff. Cooked to order breakfast was GREAT. The Breakfast staff is the BEST.
When we arrived to check in at 5:15pm our room was not ready due to a pipe bursting. I understood things happen, but a phone call to let us know what was going on would have been nice.

I loved this hotel!!! The location was amazing and all of the staff were very friendly. The valet manager Michael was extremely helpful during my stay and the guys always had my car around quickly!

Great location and amazing breakfast
Everything was fine
Terrible experience. No security in parking deck. Not very good area. My vehicle along with multiple others were broken into. Found out had happened a couple weeks previous to this incident. Glass was busted out and had a 7 hour drive home. The only one accommodating and willing to help was one of the valet guys. Valet nor Hotel Managers were helpful. I do not recommend this place.
