Pros:

Everything was amazing!! Room was clean, great location.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff knocked non stop at 9am until I answered door to be asked if I would check out. I understand check out is at 11am. I get people check out early but some people dont get on until late an sleep until closer to check out. I stated I would check out at 11am. So 10am comes. Knocking again until I answered door to be asked by the same lady if I would check out. I have never experienced this anywhere. We have a large family so we got two separate hotel rooms. My oldest daughter was in room alone in other room at 9am when this happened to her and it freaked her out. She was also asked to check out. We thought we found a great place for our future knoxville trips but I dont believe we will be staying there again.

Pros:

Our stay was quite enjoyable. We liked the breakfast every morning and coffee shop in the loby. The location let us walk to many places and when we needed to drive, the valet service was quick to get our car. The hotel was clean, safe, and staff was friendly.

Great stay and great valet
Pros:

Stayed here for a few days and had a really great experience overall. The valet manager Michael was super helpful throughout my stay and always made everything easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help whenever I had questions or needed my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and making sure everyone has a good experience. Definitely one of the main reasons my stay was so enjoyable.

Pros:

Beautiful property - we loved the rooftop pool and lounge area! Very convenient and walkable to everything downtown.

Cons:

There was no true hotel parking lot - had to find a parking garage. Beds were not the most comfortable.

Weird experience.
Pros:

This is a pretty nice hotel. The lobby is well done. The rooms are clean. One oddity. I was assigned a room on the second floor and I wanted to be higher so I picked a room on the 7th floor. At check in the guy told be that because I’m lifetime Diamond he was upgrading me to a corner room so I’d have a great view. He actually gave me a room back on the second floor that looked into an alley. It wasn’t a corner room at all.

Pros:

The valet was amazing in the room was amazing. However, I am a Hilton honors member and I have never been asked to pay for the room first before going up to the room. It's always at the end of the stay. I've never been asked to give a hard card whenever my card is on file. However, for some reason it happened at this stay. I love staying at embassy's because they are a very nice hotel and has wonderful people that work there. It was beautiful inside and I really wanted to love this place. But what upsets me the most is we went to go have their complimentary service at the restaurant and we weren't allowed in because we didn't fit a dress code. Mind you I was in jeans and a long sleeve top. It was apparently formal and formal only. Nothing about a dress attire was ever mentioned or shown in the app, which is where I booked. On top of that, because we weren't dressed as formally as most people that were there the looks and the way we were talked to by some staff members was completely uncalled for. We were talked down to as if we weren't as of standard. Last time I checked I paid to stay in the hotel so I should be treated as a customer. So if you plan on staying there, just be aware of these things before you go.
