Rm looked like it was rushed to be cleaned even tho it was hrs before we got there
Excellent place to enjoy downtown Knoxville. Located in the middle of everything. Very nice, clean and well maintained.

Completely disrespectful front desk people I would always call to get my room cleaned and the house keeps would never come. If they came they would do a terrible job at cleaning it. I brought my dog with me and they lied saying the soiled towels in the bathroom were “dog piss” inappropriate language from front desk lady. She kept saying the dog pissed the bed and I have to pay $300 fee. My dog is 8 years old and completely potty trained. Very dirty hotel. Front desk attitude was completely unprofessional and I left to another hotel.
Very pretty, clean. Best part was everything you would need is within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cute shops, ice cream right next door. I liked that after we were done with convention we could just go back to hotel, lay out and swim for a bit then just change, shower, and walk to dinner and dessert. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.
Parking. But not a deal breaker. Garage was short walk and there’s a covered walk way that leads directly in front of hotel. Price. It was on the higher end in comparison but we opted for convenience and amenities.

The hotel and its amenities are impressive. Its staff is friendly. The website is slightly misleading: there is NO parking on the property. The site says the hotel offers valet parking. It does not say the hotel is valet-only. The nearest public parking garage is a block away on State Street. Valet will run you $35 per night per vehicle. The State Street garage is free on weekends. This would be a fantastic hotel for business travel where you are likely getting around via cab or ride-share. I would not recommend it for family vacation travel involving hauling around a ton of luggage.
The property was beautiful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. BEST BREAKFAST EVER!
The pool was too small for the amount of people there.

Everything was amazing!! Room was clean, great location.
Housekeeping staff knocked non stop at 9am until I answered door to be asked if I would check out. I understand check out is at 11am. I get people check out early but some people dont get on until late an sleep until closer to check out. I stated I would check out at 11am. So 10am comes. Knocking again until I answered door to be asked by the same lady if I would check out. I have never experienced this anywhere. We have a large family so we got two separate hotel rooms. My oldest daughter was in room alone in other room at 9am when this happened to her and it freaked her out. She was also asked to check out. We thought we found a great place for our future knoxville trips but I dont believe we will be staying there again.
Bed was comfortable.
No sunlight in the room. Window faced a wall of another building.
Our stay was quite enjoyable. We liked the breakfast every morning and coffee shop in the loby. The location let us walk to many places and when we needed to drive, the valet service was quick to get our car. The hotel was clean, safe, and staff was friendly.
Kind ok need more fruit tables
Rates too high plus be at 300 a night you guys shoul have parking spaice not to charge 40 dollars a night por parking
