Die Betten waren ok und im Umfeld gab es gute Restaurants

Cons:

Es gab keinen Reinigungsservice und für 5 Personen nur drei Handtücher. Die Frühstücksraum wurde bereits vor 9 Uhr lautstark gesaugt und Kaffee war bereits um 9 Uhr nicht mehr erhältlich. Die Zimmer haben schlecht gerochen. Der Trockner im Waschraum war „out of Order“.

AWFUL waste of money not even worth the price I want a refund!

It was awful experience I will never ever come to this crappy location again the toilet did not work they did not provide the proper products to even bathe ourselves and when we called for more we the paying customers was told to go look for housekeeping and see if they can give it to us not housekeeping coming up to the floor we asked for extra blankets we get a blanket with a hole in it the pillows was so bad they need to be thrown in the trash breakfast was terrible and then they put out sour chunky milk went to front desk and told them about it and still the milk was not changed out I do not recommend this place at all horrible shut it down!

Nice but bathrooms need renovation
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and nice staff.

Cons:

The single bed was missing its pillow and also we were missing the fifth towel. Main issue was the bathtub which would not empty unless you held down the valve. That was very annoying. It needs to be replaced!

It smelled like weed. The breakfast ran out each day at least an hour before it was over and was not kept stocked. We had 5 people staying and it was like pulling teeth to get 5 fresh towels from the front desk. It was not the attitude of the employee but the “policy of giving only 3 towels and need to bring down the dirty towels”.

Cons:

This place has a towel shortage! The room I was in had a BAD smell the whole 3rd floor does. They don’t come take your trash out, they don’t bring clean towels because they’re always in the washing machine. The room did appear to be clean but for some reason there was a bad smell . I was there a week and the main elevator was out of order 6 of 7 nights .

Great breakfast. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Primary elevator did not work. Had to use the secondary elevator that was located on the opposite end of the building. A lot of walking.

The attendant at the front desk was exceptional with a great personality.

Cons:

My complaint had nothing to do with the hotel itself there was a group staying at the hotel and the kids were noisy just being kids other than that I have no issues.
