The stay at the Sar apartment was fantastic.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Two minutes' walk from Bayazit tram station. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Iron, hair dryer and washing machine are in the apartment. Breakfast is good. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where the food is very tasty and affordable. The employees are very friendly. I will come here again.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay – highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Şar Apartment Suites. The location is excellent – all the main attractions are within walking distance, and the tram stop is just a few minutes away, making it very easy to explore Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the fresh breakfast served every morning. As a nice bonus, guests receive a 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing. Everything met our expectations, and we had a great experience.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Location and hotel staff, especially Ertan who was very welcoming and friendly and supportive to our needs.

Cons:

For me it is OK, but if somebody don’t like cats then it’s not place for you. But if you don’t like cats don’t come to Istanbul 😊

Прекрасно за туризъм
Pros:

Локацията е чудесна за туризъм! Близо до основни забележителности, близо до спирката на трамвая. Уличката е пълна с места за хранене, изборът е богат. Персоналът е отзивчив.

Cons:

Стълбите са малко стръмнички, стаите могат да бъдат малко по-добре поддържани, но като всичко беше в норма. Закуската беше като цяло достатъчна, но на мен лично ми липсваше месото :)

Nagyon jó helyen van.

Tavaly is ugyanitt szálltunk meg, a reggeli jó volt ,meg voltunk elégedve, idén pocsék , se joghurt ,se ayran., mire mentunk a tojas is elfogyott. A reggelis néni 2 karika szalamival futkosott feltolteni az asztalt, vizet is kérni kellett. Szinte semmi nem volt az 1 fajta szalámin kívul.Minden nap ugyaaz.A másik a büdös a folyosón , macskapisi a folyosó szőnyegen . Az asztalon ugráltak a macskak, undorító.

Overall my family is satisfied with the apartment because it is comfortable, roomy n good location

The Apartment is Big and very comfortable for 6 people, the location is superb, 20-25minutes walk to Aya Sophia and very near to T1 Beyazit Tramp station, Grand Baza is 4 minutes walk, the staff are friendly

Cons:

There is no lift and you have to carry your bag to the apartment
