Very clean, staff was friendly

Manager Leslie, head house keeper Dina and her team take pride in their jobs. They keep constant contact with me through my lengthy stay, ensuring my room has been cleaned properly and on a schedule that works for both parties. I have traveling for work for 10+ years and have no had better service. Could not ask for better communication, management, or cleanliness.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience – One of the Cleanest Hotels I Have Ever Stayed In

As a Hilton Honors member for well over a decade, I have stayed at countless Hilton properties and many other hotel brands across the country. I can honestly say that Home2 Suites by Hilton New Albany Columbus has set a standard that truly impressed me.

From the moment I arrived, I noticed the attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. My room was exceptionally clean, organized, and welcoming. The bathroom, toilet, towels, bedsheets, and even the carpet were spotless and well maintained. Everything looked and felt fresh, which immediately made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

The next morning, I enjoyed breakfast and was equally impressed. The breakfast area was beautifully arranged, clean, and inviting. The lady responsible for preparing breakfast was outstanding. She kept everything stocked, organized, and presentable while maintaining a warm and friendly attitude. Her dedication was so noticeable that I felt compelled to leave her a tip in appreciation of her hard work.

I would also like to recognize Tammy at the front desk. She was professional, courteous, and highly attentive to guests. What stood out most was her commitment to maintaining the hotel’s high standards. While I was eating breakfast, I observed Tammy leaving the front desk multiple times to wipe down and clean tables in the common area. That level of ownership and attention to detail speaks volumes about her character and the culture of this hotel.

The entire property was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout my stay. It is rare these days to find a hotel where every detail—from the guest room to the breakfast area to the common spaces—is consistently maintained at such a high level.

Thank you to Tammy, the breakfast attendant, and the entire team for providing such an outstanding guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again whenever my travels bring me back to the area.

I have been staying on and off for the past four months. Weekdays breakfast is provided and made by Maria. She keeps everything clean, on time and always make sure all the breakfast elements are well prepared and stocked. She is hardworking, nice, and hospitable.

Excellent stay at the Home2 Suites in New Albany, Ohio. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was outstanding—easily the second-best in the Hilton brand, topped only by Embassy Suites.
What really stood out was the front desk staff. They were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help after my work plans unexpectedly changed. That kind of flexibility and customer service goes a long way.
Highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal travel. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the coffee and juices were good. I had a bagel and it was fresh. I found the cream cheese, but you only had jelly. I prefer a jam or preserve which most motels have. I would’ve liked to have some fresh fruit beside a hole apple wrapped in plastic and an orange.

Room was nice with good amenities

When we come to the Columbus area, this is where we go! Excellent front desk and support staff, good breakfast options, spacious rooms, and a pool & gym to boot. Definitely recommend.

Mayden is working the front desk she is grate and so helpful with are booking we’re a large company and helped us with rooms and corporate also Matt works nights and he’s awesome know every one in this town and can work on anything in this hotel also good with employees and Caustomers Kendall works mid shift and she always so nice and helps everyone marry works breakfast and get hear early so everybody working early has breakfast the lady’s that clean the rooms are awesome can’t say enough about are family hear

This place is Great,was in New Albany for 3 weeks,all other hotels in the area were having a string of break ins of guests cars at night,3 of our trucks had their windows broke and few items stolen,THIS was the place I stayed had ZERO ISSUES and felt completely safe! Leslie at the front desk is THEE BEST!!! Made my stay away from home as comfortable as possible.

Spacious, well-equipped room, nice breakfast buffet, everything clean and well maintained, super helpful and friendly staff, good location. We strongly recommend this hotel for an extended stay!
