For the cost of this hotel, I would expect much better service
Pros:

The plants everywhere on the property were very beautiful and overall this was a pretty place to stay. Front desk employee, Olivia was very kind and welcoming.

Cons:

Bartender Danny was unkind and not welcoming at all. He treated my husband and I like a nuisance from the second we walked in. He was acting exasperated and overwhelmed even though there was literally no one else in the bar/restaurant at the time. Other restaurant staff were unhelpful as well.

The property had a super cool vibe.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a doggy day care right beside and the dogs were barking non stop. I understand that the hotel cannot do much to prevent but it was loud.

I think there should be a carpenters hotel and major city in US. I love the layout with the restaurant bar and coffee shop and then hotel separately.

Really good, loved the location and vibe of the place.
Pros:

Design and layout and detailing throughout. A really tranquil setting.

Cons:

Unable to order on the app from poolside as didn’t have a US phone number. Also felt a little overrun with non-residents.
