Pros:

The superior room is spacious & comfortable. Comes with a balcony although it faces the city.

Cons:

Have to climb up steps to the lobby. Will be inconvenience for people with disabilities.

Cons:

L’isolation est catastrophique. Les autres clients étaient irrespectueux. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits mais toutes ont été compliquées.
Nous sommes même allés à la réception à 3h du matin pour que le réceptionniste fasse quelque chose, mais rien n’a été fait: le lendemain on a demandé à changer de chambre. Cela n’a été le cas que la dernière nuit…
Pas de vue - nous étions sur un mur.

Pros:

The place was good, it was calm and in a good neighborhood in the city where we could walk around to see things. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean as well. It was great.

Cons:

Nothing specifically, I think everything was good, the only thing they could add is more options for the breakfast, we didn't have different things to choose from to eat, we only had to take one or two things we liked.

Nice hotel to stay in Hanoi
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Canary Hotel. The hotel’s main advantage was the location - not exactly in the main tourist area but close to all the monuments. The room was pretty and matched the photos. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Breakfasts were average and there was not a lot to choose from. There was no description provided to the dishes, making us not know what were eating.
